Now, Dexterpay is non refundable, and there was no sign posted as to the system being down. When I contacted the managers of the store for help, they ignored my multiple calls and texts, after just replying with "yeah it's down, use a card or cash". I'm a fan of machines with app capabilities and they have that. If you're old school you can still change bills for quarters and feed the machines. Owners were onsite and cordial and welcoming. Complimentary coffee and wi-fi. Clean restrooms. Help if you needed it downloading the app or how to run the machines. Drop off services also available. I would totally trust them with my laundry.

They have free wi-fi and there are quite a few tables so it's not too bad of a place to just hang around while you wait for your laundry. It can get pretty busy depending on what time/day you come but Java House/Heirloom is also just a couple of doors down if you wanted to get some food or a drink while you wait instead. I really haven't done my laundry at very many other laundromats, but I think the pricing here is fair. They have both top load machines as well as front load machines in several different sizes. They also have a different sized dryers as well, including the really really big ones, so it's great if you're trying to wash the bedding and towels that you've been putting off washing for the last 2 months. I recently had the experience of putting coins into a broken machine. Laundromania was great at not only fixing their machines in a timely manner but also refunding me the money in the mail which I wasn't even expecting since it was only a couple of dollars! Plenty of machines, the cleanliness, the openness were all great. But over the past year, it has all gone downhill. I put money in the change machine, a $20 bill in fact and received only $1.25 in change. I left three notes and made two phone calls and was assured that I would be reimbursed. Two months later still nothing. And more and more machines are tagged as out of order. What happened to this place in the past year? Poor management and maintenance.
