Michael Cacioppo (the owner) is wonderful. He can do anything with respect to computers, networks,…read moreTVs, etc. He's very fast and efficient. We were having trouble with our internet. I called Michael and explained our problem. He recommended a particular router, which I found on sale through Amazon. When the new router arrived, I called Michael and he came to our house the next day and helped me set up and configure the new router. Took about 40 minutes. The new router works great and is a big improvement over what we had. And the total cost was much less than I had anticipated. We're very happy.

When I picked up computer I paid the bill, took the computer and left without testing it. Big mistake. When I got home and turned it on there was no keypad or cursor when I was in Windows. I took it back and was told that it was missing the driver and they hadn't been able to find it. I gave them the email and number of the company that manufactured the computer which has the drivers on its website. Today, I called to check status and was told no one had gotten back them. I asked them if they were going to be able to get it working and the guy I was talking to started going on making excuses and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I asked him why he had not simply called the company to get the info. He said the phone call would be too expensive since it was a Chinese number. I told him I had an internet phone with low rates and that he could use it to call. I also told him I was disappointed that they have given back the computer and charged me for installing Windows when he knew it was not fully functional. The owner's response was terrible. He told me it was my fault for buying a "cheap" computer from overseas and that I was lucky he didn't charge me for the 12-13 hours they had into it. I guess that he had forgotten that I had the original receipt that showed substantially less time. Not my idea of customer service. Caveat emptor.

Im having to have my bank dispute this so I can get my money back. it's seeming like he's not…read morewanting to do a refund since I've given him back computer that didn't work. the bank said if he had issued it would have already showed up on their end. lucky for me I had him on a merged call and my bank heard our whole conversation the second time I was able to talk to him. the first time I had him on a merged call with them he was in a hurry to get off the phone stating he was busy with customers and that call lasted 36 seconds. I would just recommend not going to him and just got to Walmart for all your electronics needs.
