My dog and granddog had an unpleasant experience at this facility. The first time there seemed to…read morebe pleasant, but the second time was very unpleasant. Both dogs appeared to be traumatized when they were picked up. My dog medicines were not administered for his ears. They were very inflamed. My dog food containers were not throughly cleaned and had mold on the lids. Both dogs were wet and not because they were swimming. My granddog had an entire bag of food left, so he probably didn't eat. The staff attending to them during their second stay appeared to be young and inexperienced. They did not report status of the dogs and didn't answer the phone when we called. This place shows all the bells and whistles, but is very deceiving. Please use caution if you choose to reserve your pet. I was very disappointed and displeased with their service especially the second time around.

She asked great questions and took copious notes. Every day we got a timely report and pictures to show how everything was going. Could not have asked for a better experience--especially for such a reasonable price (based on the length of stay each day; we opted for 30 minutes). She also took in the mail, attended to cat boxes when needed, and handled the outside trash cans. Wonderful experience and we will use again!

We always knew how Sadie was doing because Dawn was fantastic with communication and sending photos and/or videos on every visit. Our older dog needed special medication to manage her seizures along with being fed a special diet. Dawn even brought Sadie into an emergency vet very early in the morning on our last trip away because Sadie had difficulty standing and kept us informed every step of the way. If you are looking for an incredibly experienced pet sitter who genuinely loves animals and truly the animals love her (you can tell :) then look no further and book Dawn now! A++++ experience!
