I was expecting a large delivery (two boxes) by Fedex. I created a delivery manager account so…read morethat I could stay on top of when the delivery was expected. I work Tuesdays through Saturday all day each week and was worried as I was not going to be home on the expected delivery date and did not want it left out in plain view by anyone passing my house and also because of the extensive rain we were experiencing. I called Fedex customer service twice and as they advertised asked that the delivery be held at the depot which is not that far from me. They advised that there would first have to be an attempt so both times I requested that the delivery not happen until Monday when I expected to be at home or alternatively could it be brought around the back and put on a low walk up deck under the covered portion. I received a notification from Fedex Delivery manager that the packages would not arrive until Monday. During the day Saturday while at work I received a notification that the packages had been delivered and the delivery photo showed they were out front of my garage in plain view of anyone driving by...and in the rain. This company should not be used as a delivery service! Louise
