They go the extra mile to ensure customers are not just satisfied, but thrilled with the cart enclosure they custom build. From their selection of style and color and fabric to their workmanship and follow-up to ensure the best possible fit on your golf cart, you will be sublimely pleased with their performance. Do not hesitate to trust your golf cart enclosure build to the wonderful and crafty folks at Cozy Car, located inside the property at NW Golf Cars. I recommend this company whole heatedly. The communicate through out the whole process was terrific, with Logan giving me various options along the way. I have not had good luck with this business. Repairs having to be done multiple times to get things…read moreright, phone calls not returned... and when I am looking for aftermarket parts and accessories, they seem to only carry the most expensive available. Generally speaking, when I am at the store/shop, everyone is friendly and professional. On the phone, the service techs have provided what I perceive to be good advice. So, it's not that the facility isn't nice, or the staff isn't friendly. It is, and they are. I *want* to like them, but in person - they just seem to fall short. As these guys do have the reputation for being a solid business (maybe based on sales and not service?) I will continue to use them when necessary. They just need better follow-through. I'll be happy to change my mind and update this review if and when they do.
