There have even been times when employees were busy stocking shelves, yet they stopped what they were doing and willingly helped me find what I was looking for. I've never once felt like I was bothering them, which I really appreciate. The shelves are also always well stocked! Shout-out to Kelli, who let me know that my points eventually expire (I had no idea!) AND that Sprouts recycles the glass jars! She explained that I can bring them back clean with the lids and get $3 back for each bottle. That's a win-win! Kelli and Melissa were both incredibly helpful the night I went in. There's also another lady who is always helping at self-checkout who has THE MOST PATIENCE I've ever come across! I see her there a lot during the weekdays when I go after 5. I'm going to get her name and update this review because she definitely deserves a shout-out too! Overall, this location has such a helpful and welcoming staff, and it really makes a difference. pleasseeeee keep up the awesome manager specials

This review is only regarding the service since I left their taqueria without any food…read more I waited in the only obvious line with the ropes to order. The person at the counter helped a person ahead of me, then disappeared when I was also clearly waiting. Then a worker showed up and she called out to a cashier from the back. Then the cashier proceeded to help the coworker and ignore me! The first worker who had disappeared, reappeared and ignored me. She immediately started helping someone behind me in line! This means she now ignored me twice! I tried to order a chile relleno burrito and the cashier told me that 1) she couldn't help me, because I needed help from the first, disappearing worker. 2.) They wouldn't make a chile relleno burrito because she wasn't allowed to. So then I asked the guy making burritos; if she charged me for ingredients if he could make one? This guy pretended not to speak English. I speak Spanish, so I tried again. There was nothing but disrespect and incompetence. This crew was truly disappointing. I was starving and left with no food! Who in their right mind helps their coworker buy food and ignores a paying customer who was waiting first? This was my first time coming to this store.

The portions at dinner are huge and great if you have a big family. The lunch specials are a great value and they have a nice variety of lunch items to choose from. I like the Kung Pao Chicken and the fried rice. Very delicious! It would be so nice if they offered dinner specials for single diners. When I ordered dinner the other night it really was overpriced for one person. I didn't like the Mushu at all. Why did they add hoisin to the Mushu itself? ***Yuck!!!!***That's supposed to be a sweet condiment on the side of a savory dish and it wasn't at all yummy having it included inside. I wanted the usual contrasting flavors. Also; the Salt Pepper Tofu had a little too much baking soda in the crust and an off flavor, and I do rideshare, so the huge portions are wasted on me because taking food to go isn't even an option for me. I am giving 4 stars, because I had a 5 star exleriences and 3 star experiences here. They really need to offer plates to single diners at night instead of trying to make us purchase more food than we need, which is particularly disappointing when food quality isn't there. Uncle Wangs is my go-to restaurant when I am in Pittsburgh! Most of their food is top-notch and they have good service. They should also really consider turning down the volume of the to-go order bell. I will return to this restaurant at lunchtime to order something other than what I made the mistake of ordering the last time. They have lovely service, which makes up for the cook last time.
