We received a business card at the front desk of the Del Lago casino. We had a few drinks we didn't want to drive and called taxis and Uber's with no luck. With the casino closing we decided to call D&G. This guy was excellent he was able to take us to our hotel with no issues, we had been looking for some sort of transportation an hour prior to D&G saving us! He picked up the phone right away and gave us an estimated time, I am so grateful they were around and open it seemed like a New Year's not too many people were open including taxis and Uber's. We paid cash- not sure if they accept any other form of payment.

I'd like to give ASAP five stars because they are by far the best, most reliable, and courteous cab…read morecompany in the Ithaca area. I've had horrible experiences with both Collegetown Cab and Cayuga dispatch. Four times (FOUR!) I've called Cayuga dispatch to take me to the airport--sometimes calling ten hours in advance--and they've either never shown up or shown up EXTREMELY late. If I hadn't hopped into another passing cab, I would have missed my flight every single time I relied on them. Horrible. Collegetown Cab, while better, has never picked up their phone for me when I called. And I've tried many times. Getting a cab with ASAP is so easy. The dispatcher is polite and friendly and never gets my info wrong. The cabs are always 5 minutes early, waiting in the right spot, and the drivers are pleasant. For this, I gladly say that they've earned my loyalty when I need a cab. They are also slightly cheaper than the other cab companies and will give you slack on luggage fees. I do knock off one star because their taxis are in disrepair. They're beat-up old vans with dented fenders and doors that stick and are hard to open. The insides are clean but they're just really old, clunky cars. Once, the engine even stalled a few times before starting, which made me nervous. But other than that, they are definitely the best cab company in Ithaca. Thank you ASAP for being a godsend.

Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). This man drove 1.5 hours each way in the middle of the night... And thanks to him, my daughter was ON TIME for her 7am flight!!! I am so grateful for his service! And, that's unheard of these days. Nobody cares!!! By the way, today is August 14, 2025. The high review largely goes to the driver. I'm not sure if I should say his name. The service knows who I am talking about. My driver is very professional. He is considerate; he offers help when needed. He is on time. The car has no smell and he doesn't play any music, station, talk show, news, etc. Some other services have smelly cars and you have to listen to what they are listening to. My driver probably has 40 years driving experience and he is a fine driver. I can't say enough about the driver. The company and the dispatcher are easy to deal with. AT YOUR SERVICE has been consistently reliable. Thank you for great straightforward service. Five gold STARS 10 out of 10 points. Mary
