OTG is the first place I go to look for anything I need. The owner, Stephanie is an amazing person very kind and thoughtful. She has always made me feel welcome and helped me with any thing that I need. I'm always amazed with amount of people that come in and out of there that she values all of her customers and cares about each one. The staff goes above and beyond what I expect whenever I need help, they are kind, knowledgeable, and always do their best to get an answer. I feel the products are absolutely great quality, and the prices are very fair. I came home one day and looked at the things that I had purchased and realize there was no way that I could have afforded to purchase these beautiful items anywhere else. OTG has afforded me the opportunity to have amazing quality at prices that I can afford. The store is always clean and the selection is amazing. This is my favorite place to shop in the area. The whole staff definitely go above and beyond to help their customers. All the employees I have dealt with are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. iIn most places I have shopped in the area customer service is lacking OTG excels in customer service. I stumbled across this place back when it was across from Restore and kept wondering what it was. When I finally went in, I ended up with a full van trunk! Their prices are excellent and the staff are a nice balance of friendly/available when needed but not pushy or in your face because I LOATHE that. I have a HUGE amount of sample candles, unused, for a dollar each. High end stuff. Wall art, sheets, window treatments, pet stuff, kids clothes, furniture, kitchen, organizing, you name it. Ive seen the way the staff has handled this one particular lady who repeatedly causes a huge scene over the coupons/OTG dollars and...well the staff reacts with grace and clearly she keeps coming back because I drive from far away and have seen her a few times. (The expiration date is very clear, not sure why people think rules dont apply to them.) Keep doing what you are doing over there! I would highly recommend this place. Coming in here is like treasure hunting because you never know what deal you may find. Be prepared to fill your cart because you just keep finding items you forget you needed. The store manager George is very knowledgeable and helpful to customers. The owners Stephanie and Michael Smith are very kind and giving. They contribute to the community in many different aspects and are always looking to find a way to make someone else's day better. When buying furniture or any other big ticket item, you get a tremendous discount, including the $10 coupons for every $50 you spend. otg is my favorite place to be any time I need new shoes or clothes this it definitely where I'll be going to shop. its usually hard for me to find things that fit so I love how they have different sizes for everything! Now that I have a son too I can buy diapers and shoes for him at a great price so anytime I get a chance I definitely go here even if I don't need anything lol. I love this place!! I go there weekly to always find something to buy! I have a disabled brother who lives in an adult family home. His caregiving staff are just wonderful people and take such good care of him and I like to give them gifts to show my appreciation for all they do for him. OTG affords me the opportunity to give them some very nice gifts that I would otherwise not be able to afford to give them. So, thank you OTG for that!!! I take my family here on weekends just to see their great deals. While we usually casually shop for nothing in particular we always find some goodies. Purse for me, shoe's, clothes, and toys for the kids. Plus something techy for the husband. Also great bargins for home decor. Truth be told I do alot a lot of my Christmas shopping at otg. Every time I come into the store, everybody is so helpful! There is some thing for everybody in the store, I always come out with some pretty awesome treasures!
