I am also realistic, that things can happen in an environment in which there are many people to be cared for with too few staff. My loved one was evaluated by OT and PT, physician and LVN none of which knew he had very poor eyesight until after I divulged that information, which makes a big difference in a skilled assessments. They also were not aware of his baseline before his hospitalization, which was fully independent. This Made me question chart review, and how much information was passed on to the facility from Kaiser hospital. Unfortunately, he fell that night after being provided medication that made him confused even after we had discussed it. If I had a loved one, that was there, I would be questioning what type of monitoring is taking place after medication's are administered, have they reviewed the medical history and discuss the goals, intermediate and long term to be sure everyone is in a realistic and shared place. This fall could have been avoided and is not looked on as positive for any facility but reality is it can happen. What they do to prevent these events is important. Medication, monitoring and be present for your loved one.

Terrible. My grandma was a patient here and she was so neglected. We told so many nurses/CNAs and…read moreeven put a sign over her bed that she won't drink water if it's not cold. We came everyday, multiple times a day and she NEVER had cold water. Furthermore she wasn't eating and they kept giving her the full dose of insulin even after we requested otherwise MANY times, leading to her having many hypoglycemia episodes. We even requested her having a sitter at meals to ensure she eats, but of course we didn't get that. The cherry on top is us bringing my grandma home AMA & her having a pressure injury on her heel... how this was missed & caused is unacceptable. I had to ask them to turn her more often because she was laying in the same position every time I visited her. But she still has one. Absolutely terrible, regret ever bringing her here

I want to thank NuNu, Dillon, Isaac, Delfina, Grace, Eddie, Pam, for all of their assistance and understanding during my stay. The physical therapy department is excellent. They are all caring, understanding in all of the different ailments from all kinds of different patients. I want to thank Jacalyn, Jim, Claudia, Max and Ranon for all of the therapy and helpful ideas to continue my own therapy at home. The facility is very clean and doesn't have any kind of smell to it. I like the fact that they have ice water available all the time and staff will come around and ask if you would like ice refill and even a water refill. I would recommend this place for injury rehab and for your elderly loved ones.

I dropped them off, name on each piece, including a small blanket. I visit the next day and she's wearing someone else's clothes. Her blanket no where to be found. When I went to pick up her clothes after her passing, they tried to give me a bunch of stuff that wants hers. And I only got back one shirt and 1 pant. Out of 4 tops and 3 pants I had bought her. -The place stinks -Nurses were good while we visited, other than that they didn't help her. -She got mrsa, within a week of her being there. No one noticed it until they had to call 911 to take her to the hospital, almost a week later. -Lost like 15 pounds in those 2 weeks. She wasn't eating and they didn't tried to get her to eat. -I asked all the questions, they "tried" to communicate, asked me different things she liked to eat to get her to eat, or liked to do so she can have some distractions. But nothing went any further than that. -Half of the time I visited I found her soiled. I visited every other day, as I was taking turns with my brother. All of this because we don't have the means for the good places. If your loved one doesn't have a voice, avoid this place. Because they won't take care of them at all. It was the worst experience for all of us. *The people who can speak up for themselves, were ok. This was mid-January 2026

I write this review based on my own opinions and personal experiences…read more Disgusting, unethical staff in the Las Vegas office. You have to chase their staff to call you back. Lorian was DESPERATE to keep my sister as a client. We decided to switch hospice companies to a well-respected, TOP-RATED hospice provider (NATHAN ADELSON HOSPICE: (702) 733-0320). We are soooo happy now - every single person at Nathan Adelson has been above the board, prompt with returning calls/texts, you name it. PROCARE HOSPICE is also fantastic (tel. (702) 380-8300)!! I got these referrals from a nurse friend who recently moved out of Las Vegas and is quite familiar with the local hospice companies, and from my Uncle, a geriatric doctor who I forgot used to live in LV. Lorian did NOT like my sister switching hospice providers! Lorian's staff actually called the POLICE to do a wellness check at our friend's home LESS THAN ONE HOUR after my sister arrived. Why? 100% to cause TROUBLE and make everyone's lives a LIVING HELL. Lorian also tried to convince my sister that she should NOT switch hospice companies, because Nathan Adelson's services are "really bad. They don't have good philosophies to keep your loved one alive." This is the EXACT SAME speech and bullying that KARPAL (KAY) PANNU did to my sister. I heard Karpal (Kay) yelling at my sister over the phone that a nurse was holding right outside the door - and Kay actually RECORDED this conversation, thinking that she has any say regarding where I want my sister to live. Kay owns "Adult Comfort and Care Home." She has 2 homes - one at 10315 Queensbury Avenue; the other location is at 2105 Carroll Street. Sorry, KARPAL (KAY) PANNU - you are so, so mistaken. Your ridiculous, unnecessary power trip is horrific. KARPAL (KAY) is also a massive control freak (as in, calling everyone involved to get my sister's new home address. She does NOT ever need this information!). I am my sister's Power of Attorney. Trying to bully and bulldoze my sister to death is BEYOND UNETHICAL and violates so many codes. It is bad enough that my 71-year-old sister is very weak and cannot fend for herself. Imagine that - trying to bully and shove a defenseless, sick woman into a corner like that. Does Lorian actually think that their behavior is okay - especially when EVERYONE knows that I am my sister's POA??! In what world does Lorian's (and Karpal (Kay) Pannu's) actions make this kind of behavior right?! NEVER! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Quality of care? IMHO, absolutely substandard. Hospice patients do not deserve to be treated like unwanted dogs. In my own corporate experience, when people behave this BADLY (and oddly, seemingly working in tandem with each other), there is always an issue/problem with kickbacks. My guess is that Lorian is VERY DESPERATE to get more clients/patients, and so is Karpal (Kay) Pannu. Another thing to be very aware of - Sabrina Patrick is Lorian's "marketer." Her job is to "get more hospice clients" (her words, not mine). She called me within 30 minutes after learning that my sister is switching to Nathan Adelson Hospice. Sabrina was crying, crying, crying. I had a hard time getting her to stop! She kept saying: "I love your sister! I'm going to miss her so much!" The crocodile tears and crying jag lasted for about 15 minutes. Uhhh... actually, nobody in our family (including my sister!) remotely likes her. She comes off as a very young, immature, pushy snake oil salesman. So, what about the sudden onslaught of "positive" reviews about Sabrina on Lorian's website? Well... IMO, if you gave me a nice gift card for writing a decent review, sure! I'll write you a glowing review! Again, based on my own corporate experiences and opinion, these stupid tricks and gimmicks work. Attached with a nice gift card, of course. Why can't these people let families make decisions that are in their loved ones' best interest? Why create such a HUGE amount of chaos and hostility for my sister? She is just one person. One person who is likely to pass soon. Perhaps Lorian and Karpal (Kay) Pannu have also made others' lives a LIVING HELL when they want to change living situations and hospice companies. This whole situation reeks with incredibly bad stench, worse than anything any animal can produce - with diarrhea.
