Honest Review: Stay Away from Two Wheels Motorsports…read more I went to Two Wheels Motorsports because my bike wouldn't stay on and I needed a proper diagnosis. At first, they told me they didn't have space to keep my bike and that I'd need to pick it up the same day after they diagnosed it. Fine--I agreed. Later, I picked it up and they told me the issue was my fuel regulator and that my fuel pump wasn't giving enough pressure. They recommended rebuilding the fuel pump and replacing the regulator. I agreed and paid $145 upfront for parts--$100 for a fuel pump rebuild kit and $45 for the regulator. They told me the parts would be in by Monday, June 27, and I'd just need to bring the bike back for installation. That was the last time things made any sense. I called them repeatedly--they never answer the phone. No updates, no returned calls, nothing. After two weeks, I drove to the shop myself. That's when they told me the parts were delayed due to "rain in Texas." At this point, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. Fast-forward weeks later--still no parts, no communication, no explanation, and no refund. So I gave up. I went and bought a brand new OEM Yamaha fuel pump on my own. What's worse is that while I was at their shop, they insisted a new pump would cost over $700, trying to talk me out of it. But I found the OEM pump on Partzilla for $344, and that proves they were either dishonest or completely misinformed. On top of that, my bike came back scratched up, likely from them trying to cram it into a space with no care. They even left it outside in the rain while it was waiting to be picked up. If you value your bike, your time, or your money--stay far away from this place. Poor service, no accountability, zero communication, and no respect for the customer or their property.

After having my bike for over 4 months and spending over $500 on repairs with them they gave me my…read morebike back with the same issue it had when i brought it in. Not only was i NOT ABLE to use my motorcycle for over 4 months but the issue was not even fixed to begin with. they do NOT know what they are doing and i would suggest bringing your bike anywhere else but to this shop. they just take ur money and claim they replace a bunch a parts but never actually do. They told me to pick it up 3 times and each time i went the bike was still having the exact same problem and still does. They even had ME pick up a part and pay for it only for them to install it and say that the bike is having a different issue now that doesn't relate to the part they had me buy.

My cousins and I came down from Atlanta for vacation and ended up booking two ATV rentals with this…read morecompany. Overall, the experience was pretty cool! We did run into some hiccups at first--it took a while to get in touch with someone, so we missed our original booking. The address listed on their website actually led us to a liquor store, which threw us off. Thankfully, they reached out via text after we missed our appointment and were able to reschedule us for later that day, which we really appreciated. Being from Atlanta, I don't usually set super high expectations for customer service, and while the service here wasn't bad at all, there are definitely some areas that could be improved. For example, clearer communication about what to bring would help avoid delays. Some customers showed up unprepared--without their deposit or waiver completed--which slowed the process for those of us who followed the directions. It might help if the business emphasized those details more clearly during booking. I also wish there had been a heads-up that you need cash for goggles and ski masks, as they don't take cards for those items. Not a huge deal, but something to know in advance. Despite the bumps, I had a great time and would definitely book again. I'm not super picky or hard to please. I really appreciated that the deposit was refunded immediately afterward. Our tour guide was great--friendly, good-looking, and well-spoken. The shuttle driver, on the other hand, wasn't the friendliest and drove kind of wild, but it didn't bother me personally--it might be an issue for others, though. My advice: go in with patience and be prepared. The ride itself is a lot of fun. I wouldn't recommend riding at night--visibility was tough even with eye protection. Bug spray is a must (they had some on-site, but there was an issue when security let us use it without charging, which annoyed one of the staff members). Also, don't show up dressed like you're going out--common sense, but worth saying. You're riding ATVs through the woods, so dress accordingly. All in all, it's a nice experience that just needs a few tweaks. I support small businesses and respect them running things the way that works best for them. When I return, I'll definitely book again--but next time I'll ride solo so I can drive as fast as I want without worrying about scaring my passenger!

Had an amazing time also with an amazing workers . Well worth it…read more We went at night so make sure to wear leggings, sweatpants, sweaters old shoes to be covered up. You will get dirty that's a must. Bring your goggles and ski mask if you have any. It's pretty pricey if you buy here. The drive on ATV is about an hour. Enjoy your time !!

Our main tour guy was Fidel, I give him 1000000000 stars. He was great!…read more The other 2 guys were also great, but only got Fidel's name. They always made sure everyone was riding good and following. Zero stars for customer service, the guys barely speak any English which is fine because I speak Spanish too but they were kinda rude and non communicative. Barely gave any instructions. Zero stars on the ATV's, the one I got seemed very old and slow. I was fine with it since it was my first time and I was terrified to flip over so slow and steady was just fine with me. Still, I think the ATV I got should be retired. The pick up area was very sketchy, the whole thing seemed very sketchy... idk.. especially because there was hardly ever any communication. Also, restrooms are porta potties , so be aware before you get there. Be prepared to be muddy and wet! Our shoes were drenched and so were our clothing. New shoes were ruined so make sure to take old shoes. All white clothing was ruined too. Overall we had an amazing time!! Giving it four stars because it was an epic experience and the guys seemed to be professionals at it!!!

My siblings and I went ATV riding just to check it out of our bucket list. I reach out ahead of…read moretime as it was a group of us and we got a discount(birthday celebration). Everyone was super nice and helpful. You can bring face cover, but it can also be purchased on site. If you wear glasses just like I do, get ready for it to be a little bit uncomfortable as the eyewear will crush your glasses on your face. It is very easy to drive and anyone can do it. Just press the button. The ATV's get washed after every ride so it will always be clean. My only thing was that the helmet smelled a little bit, but once I got past that, I had a great time. They will also take your picture and video, so don't worry. I will definitely do it again

My friend fell off her bike and was seriously injured, and instead of helping, the staff's first…read morereaction was to accuse us of damaging equipment and even threaten to call the police. They led us away from the supposed broken bike to say something afterward. They didn't care if she was okay or tell any of us. There was no first aid, emergency plan, or way for guides to communicate (at one point, one went missing). The lead guide was looking at his phone while leading us. While still shaken from her fall, they pressured my friend into paying an additional $150 that wasn't even in the waiver. The waiver clearly says if 4-wheel flips, which never happened. The ride ended earlier than agreed, and we're still waiting for the video we paid for. They are ripping people off and are negligent, careless, dishonest, and dangerous. At the very least, buy your guides a cheap whistle or walkie-talkie--and maybe a first aid kit--before you put more people at risk.
