This was one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had. We loyally follow the Michelin guide whenever we travel and this recommendation did NOT disappoint. You MUST go. The d'orcia area is just stunning, and worth going to. The same owners of Perilla own Podere Forte winery/ farm which we toured on the same day. Naturally we had their wine again with dinner. The service is superb. You pick between a tasting menu of either land or fish, and we chose the fish option. You can't drive in the village so you park and walk just a few minutes (uphill) to the restaurant. Every course was delicious. Really inventive and creative combinations of ingredients/flavors.
