Great Osteria Restaurant in a quaint small village of Giazza.
The owner Giorgio makes his dishes from local ingredients and herbs that he collects personally in the surrounding mountains. The menu is always seasonal and comprised of items that are available at any particular time. This is as natural and traditional a cuisine of the area as you will ever find. The restaurant keeps old gastronomic traditions but merges them with 21st centuries technologies.
The restaurants hosts a yearly 'carbonara'. An antique and special tradition where wood is slowly burned in a controlled environment/temperature to produce coal. The coal is then used to infuse aroma in many dishes that are produced at the restaurant during the year.
