Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, or unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.

The lady who checked me in and took my photo, was very friendly and welcoming. Now the class: our instructor was amazing, she explained everything so well. Lagree is definitely very difficult but she said one thing that sold me, which was, if you do Lagree, you won't have to do any other workout. I highly recommend the into class to see how you like it and if it's something you want to do. I will definitely be going back soon and start regularly. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, warm, and genuinely supportive, and that energy really shifted my mood in the best way. This location focuses more on reformer classes and doesn't offer tower classes, but the programming they do have is strong and well-taught, so it still feels like a great place to build consistency. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like other people should know about my experience…read more I had been following this all women gym for a while and was genuinely excited to finally kickstart my workout journey. As someone looking for a new women only fitness community after having my baby, I was hoping to find a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my first visit was the complete opposite. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled consultation. When I walked in, not a single person welcomed or greeted me. I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and when no one did, I sat down on the couch. At 10:00 a.m., I spoke with the Pilates instructor as she was telling her student sitting on the couch to head into class. I told her I was there for a consultation, and she simply replied, "she'll be with you." Directing it to the lady in the back room with another client. The Pilates instructor never asked what kind of consultation I was there for, whether I was a new client, or if I needed to complete any paperwork. I continued waiting for nearly 15 minutes without anyone checking on me. During that time, I watched another employee walk by carrying a clipboard and head to the back without greeting me or asking if I needed help. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, just a simple "Welcome! We'll be with you shortly." Instead, I felt completely invisible. I was only acknowledged after I stood up at 10:15am and started looking through the flyers at the front desk to get the nutritionist attention in the backroom. I left feeling discriminated against. I know I still have a few pounds to lose after having my baby, and I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't treated with the same warmth or respect as others. Whether that was intentional or not, that was how the experience made me feel, and it was incredibly discouraging. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the nutritionist at 10:15am , the only thing she said was, "You missed your class. You can reschedule." There was no effort to ask why I hadn't gone into class or whether anyone had checked me in. As a first-time client, I wasn't comfortable walking into a class without first being checked in or told where to go. Again I have never been to this establishment and I was hoping to get a tour of the place. A women gym should be a place where women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported. Sadly, that wasn't my experience here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a women gym with a more welcoming and inclusive community where every women regardless of where they are on their fitness journey, is acknowledged and treated with kindness. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, mine couldn't have been more disappointing. They only responded with there's was some confusion with your appointment . How can there be a confusion when you send several messages reminding me of my appointment time. Also doesn't the coach know she had a first time client appointment in her calendar. So disappointing.

My daughter (8) scraped her knees on the wall because the instructor told her to slide down without showing her the best way to get down. My son (6) just had no idea what to do. I tried to ask her what they're suppose to do but she was on her cell phone making a private call during class and didn't get back to me. The class was too hard for the majority of the kids. There was another new kid that got hurt multiple times. I called before joining the class and I was told they will adjust the difficulty based on the individual needs. That was not possible as most of the time, the kids were not even supervised. Overall the class was poorly designed, instructors were not attentive. The female instructor actually had to ask the kids which course they're doing because she wasn't keeping track. I didn't give only 1 star because I can see the facility and the equipment is very nice for a serious ninja warrior grownup that wants to train there.

Really a 4.5 rating but decide to round up…read more Thanks to ClassPass, I was able to check out Kintsugi. Beautiful, calming yoga (and mat pilates) studio. Located at The Bend plaza so there's plenty of parking spaces. Kintsugi is on the second floor, close by to Mothership Coffee Roasters. Especially with new-to-me fitness studios, I like to arrive pretty early so I can get a tour of the facility + familiarize myself with my surroundings (bathrooms, where the equipments are at, lockers etc) but don't bother coming earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. They lock their doors!!! I was stuck standing around (thank goodness it was shaded) like a lost child lol. Small studio. Two rooms. Two bathrooms, no showers available. I think most, if not all, classes are heated. So be prepare to SWEATTTT. Lockers are provided with the combination lock attached so no need to bring your own locks. Common area is the center big tree and it can get quite chaotic especially after class when everyone is trying to scramble to get their shoes, lockers, grab water etc. That's why my rating is at a 4.5. I took a Yin class on Sunday at 11:30am. I really liked how the instructor (Lauren?) was hands-on with correcting postures or help deepen our stretches. Of course, you're more than welcome to let her know if you prefer not to be touched. Also liked how she asked the class what would we want to focus on. Personally, I benefited from her stretches. My glutes were feeling extra sore & tight and after taking her class, I felt some relief.

The Vibe: Kintsugi…read more Warm wood. Soft light. Beautiful design. It was hard not to love it the moment I walked through the doors. Then came the first little crack. I'd left my yoga bag at the hotel - No mat towel, no sweat towel. Tiny problem. In a hot yoga class...not so tiny. Before I ever stepped into the yoga room, Adam greeted me with a warm smile, made sure I had everything I needed, and showed me how the studio flowed. A few minutes later, while I was squinting at the tiny locker numbers, Lisa noticed and kindly helped me get settled. Those weren't interruptions. They were introductions. The Guide: Adam Daudier * Power Flow We began standing at the front of our mats, facing one another in two mirrored rows (a formation I'm beginning to really embrace). One collective Om. A classic Surya Namaskara. Then we played. One sequence invited us to transition from Warrior I to the opposite side with our palms together overhead and our gaze lifted upward, relying more on proprioception than sight. Field Note: Trust the body. Not just the eyes. Later, Adam offered three headstand variations. I tried two in class...I'll try the third at home. Throughout class, Adam moved constantly, teaching beside us, in front of us, and from every angle. His cueing was steady. His presence was calm. Meanwhile, tracks like "Feel" by Franky Rizardo infused the room. It was the perfect juxtaposition. One grounded the practice. The other kept it playful. Field Note: Later, I learned Adam is also a DJ. Of course he is. The Tribe Kintsugi kept happening. Lisa helped me find my locker. Another yogi pointed me toward the mat cleaner and guest towel hamper after class. Before leaving, I visited with Adam and Lisa and discovered Lisa grew up in my hometown of Chicago. Yoga really is a small world. Space & Place After check-in, you enter a small atrium centered around a beautiful tree, creating a natural roundabout that connects the lockers, bathrooms, Moon Room, and yoga studio. The architecture flows...and so does the practice. Warm wood. Soft light. Circular forms. Even the artwork echoes the spirit of kintsugi. The Takeaway: The name was the lesson Kintsugi is the Japanese art of honoring cracks rather than hiding them. I didn't arrive broken. I simply arrived... in a new city... without a towel... without knowing my way... without knowing anyone. And then... every little gap was met. A towel. A locker. A smile. A shared Om. Kintsugi isn't just the name of the studio. It's the way everyone moved through it. Filling the little cracks before they became breaks.
