Very clean, brightly lit, and plenty of things to make a visit comfortable (coffee, tea, ice water, chocolates and mints). Everyone there treats you as a valued patient, and really takes the time to talk through what they are doing, what to expect, and to answer any questions.

I did fill out all the paperwork online yet, we were handled an ipad to answer more questions. While I find it extremely frustating, my wife had a cooler head. Finally, they took her back, and I stayed in the lobby. She was gone for quite a bit and I did a considerable amount of work while she was back there. She came out and was all smiles. She had been detected by St. Lukes mammogram and Dr. Menen as having dense breast tissue. Mammograms are not conclusive due to those machines. Lyra does an IV contrast and we were fortunate to find out that she did not have any masses. So far, we have not had any issues with billing and insurance, and if my wife is happy, then I will be glad to write the 5 star reviews.

I must admit that I do not understand the few recent bad reviews. Yes, the office is run by a Nurse Practitioner, but he is knowledgeable about what ge dies - more so than physicians that I have seen over the years who had comparable time in practice - and, given the shortage of MD's in Idaho as I write this, provides someone that I can see rather than make an appointment to see in a month or two. I have never had a long wait. The office responds quickly and provides good information quickly even after my appointment is finished, e.g., when there are lab results coming back to them. I could not be more pleased.

I do have a request however which is that you stop harassing me with these bogus reminders to make an appointment. I chose BBME because of their social media--they looked like fun and boy were they! I was treated kindly from the minute I walked into their gorgeous office. The wait time was nonexistent. I had Bobbi and 2 other girls (sorry I forgot their names!) who made me feel welcome and special and had me smiling and laughing the entire time. They did ask if I wanted a consult beforehand and provided one. Bobbi suggested Botox for my masseters which has NEVER been suggested before and has already helped my migraines and made my face look slimmer (bonus!). I had family photos coming up, and she insisted I come back beforehand to be sure everything looked perfect, and it did. She also stayed late to see me! I don't feel they're anymore expensive than other injectors around the TV, but, even if they were, the atmosphere, service and care would be worth it. They have programs to help if you are on a budget. Just go see them--you deserve it!

Unacceptable! I'm supposed to be in pain for over two weeks? Whether a new patient or not that is unacceptable! So much for referring my entire family to the clinic.
