Bobbi suggested Botox for my masseters which has NEVER been suggested before and has already helped my migraines and made my face look slimmer (bonus!). I had family photos coming up, and she insisted I come back beforehand to be sure everything looked perfect, and it did. She also stayed late to see me! I don't feel they're anymore expensive than other injectors around the TV, but, even if they were, the atmosphere, service and care would be worth it. I am still owed over $1,600, and no one will take responsibility or provide a timeline. Now they claim they don't offer refunds after services are "rendered," completely ignoring what their own staff told me before I paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. I expected professionalism and transparency from a company of this size -- instead, I've been ignored and misled. I certainly gained 10-12lbs easily in 2020 so it's about time I get them off me. I was never blessed with flat abs no matter how fit I am and after my 2nd session, I'm starting to see results (takes 3-4 months to see effects) and did my 3rd session on my abs and 1 session on my inner thighs yesterday. Some discomfort, but it's expected. I'd say definitely check it out and stick to recommended number of cycles. It's like going to the gym, you don't expect immediate results after hitting the gym once and call it good. I was promised that I would have the results I was asking for and 90 days out it was a big lie. After my procedure, the compression garments didnt fit correctly so it caused pain and swelling in other areas, and many trips back to the office. I did everything they asked, walked 3 miles a day, did my lymphatic massages, and self care at home. I even bought extra massages to make sure I was doing everything possible to heal well. I showed up for appointments for a massage or a follow up and be turned away because they didnt schedule it on their end and over booked, so more time missed from work. I have still not received my before and after pics, and have tried to schedule my 90 days so we can talk about the terrible results. I just keep getting the run around. I had 3 people that had consultations set up and I talked them out of going to Belle, thankfully.
