Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. But due to the bad economy we had to cancel our membership. I had about $400 in credits that I could use for massages and facials. I went in for a massage and my wife had a facial. I figured I could use the rest of my credits. A few weeks ago, I tried to book an appointment and they said all my credits were gone. I was shocked. Then they told me the sent me a text that I had 90 days to use the credits. In those subsequent appointment they never told me I would lose my credits or gave me a reminder. I believe this was on purpose. I pleaded with the manager but they refused to help me or make things right. I left a message with Hand & Stone head office in Pennsylvania. I have yet to hear back from them. I lost $300 worth of credits! They could have done something to help me but now I'll never go back and I'll warn everyone. Beware of this place.
