Dr Bixler is fantastic with the kids. Hope we do not need to come back, but with two kids I am glad to know they are here if we need them

Over all I enjoyed the services provided by the Doctor C and the two massage therapist Samantha and…read moreSandy. They were professional and on time. Unfortunately this review fell short of a 5 star review because one of the massage therapist, Alicia was running late by 10 mins and cut my massage short because she was running late... keep in mind I always arrive promptly to my appointment either 15 to 10 mins early. I found this unprofessional and devalued my time. She gave the person before me an hour and cut mine short by 10 mins so she wouldn't be over for the next person after me. My husband told me she doesn't do deep tissue even if you ask her, he said he was a little disappointed with it. She also made a reference to a woman weight who she just finished massaging prior to me. She made some comments to me regarding it and said that it was a relief to massage me cause I'm smaller. I found this offensive, referring to the weight of her last paitent. It was heartbreaking to hear this cause I literally just listened to the massage patient struggle with weight in the waiting room. This isn't fair or ethically right. It rubbed me the wrong way and myself and my husband will not be having our massage done by her ever again.

After the first couple of adjustments I noticed a HUGE decline in the number of migraines per month. I had previously tried all kinds of different migraine therapy with no luck so this was a WONDERFUL surprise!!! I continue to see Dr. Carozzi and my migraines are almost nonexistent. I was using all of my monthly prescribed medication, now, I haven't had to get a refill for a few months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Carozzi!!!

Dr. Jovito Angeles may be one of the most inappropriate doctors I've had to see. I had to bring…read morealong my 3 and 1.5 year old. I get doctors are busy and kids can be annoying but when a 1.5 year old is trying to show you a picture in a book and you just push the book to the side knocking it out of his hands and flat out ignore him it is appalling. But I let it go and tell myself he isn't my normal doctor I'm here for injections (for carpal tunnel which I do get regularly) and to see what's wrong with my elbow. Ultimately who cares about my health here. Obviously not the doctor. All he cared to do was to pass me along to someone else and wasn't even willing to do a steroid injection which I have had in the past. Why? Bc he's a surgeon and he doesn't want to do injections, he wants to cut. Sitting there with 2 toddlers, explaining my pain. Not asking for ANY medications or any kind of help from him other than some cortisol injections. And he just says no, follow your plan with Dr. Sullivan (who's never been anything but amazing). Ummm yea he wasn't available until 9/23. I can't sleep and barely use my hand/arm. Also the plan was for Neurology to reach out and they haven't but also get injections every 3 months or as needed! Just absolute lazy doctor who wasn't seeing enough money and I wasn't his normal patient so why help. He could/would not give me 1 true explanation why he wouldn't do the injection. Thank goodness the office manager (I'm sure reluctantly but still nice) was professional and listened to me, found someone to help. A lovely NP administered my injections after me being an asshole, although I think it was for good reason. As patients these days we truly have to advocate for ourselves because there are too many doctors who just don't care and think of us as numbers. I'm grateful to the kind staff that was there and helped me/my kids. And for Dr. Sullivan. I truly felt blessed for him after today because every visit I've had with him has been pleasant, quick and precise. Hopefully I can continue to see him and they don't kick me out for losing my cool with that awful Dr. Jovito Angeles. May he have explosive diarrhea for the next 3 days.

I never felt rushed to choose surgery. From the first visit, through surgery and follow-up, every member of the team was knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns.
