I am finding this hospital more and more professional. I wrote a review yesterday about very poor communications with family and friends.
Now I have a bigger complaint because the hospital link to customer complaints does not work. And based on my past weeks exerience with Careggi Hospital, it makws sense the hispiral has no cuskmter service.
My feiend Javier has been in intensive care for two weeks. He is breathing on his own now, even walking around and anxious to be dischaeged. However, the hospital is scheduling multiple cat scans. I am not a medical doctor, so I cannot questio the rationale for so many scans.
But what I do have a maior problem with is that scans are scheduled on multople days in the morning, but never happens on time. Javier often waits until late afternoon, and now today, with no food because he cannot eat prior to the scan.
How is a patient suppose to get better if the hospital starves a patient for over 20 hours. His last meal was dinner yesterday at 21:00 yesterday and it is now 18:00 today. This care is becoming poorer every day and no one wants to hear these complaints, this is just there normal operating procedure. This is very sad as I am sure numerous patients are experiencing the same lack of care.
