When I came last weekend the vibes were great, it was just extremely packed to the point that everyone was grinding up against each other. Which in that moment I didn't care because I figured it's at capacity and that's normal. Although, I realized when I was leaving the bar that someone had opened my purse and taken my entire wallet. I was bummed because I couldn't continue partying up the night. This led me to message them on Instagram, which was great because they told me to come in and drinks would be on them for the inconvenience. We got to the bar and I spoke with the bouncer and he said to go to the bartenders, that they would direct me to Rensel the bar manager. He was absolutely lovely, provided my friends and I a round of cocktails and told us to look for Sophia for another round. We didn't end up getting another round because we were exhausted from dancing the night away. It was still very nice and accommodating that they did that and we appreciated it. Sophia was very bubbly and attentive as well. Overall, if you are looking for a bar with a disco ball!! This is a cool spot to come to, they have so many different specialty cocktails. They are all delicious and unique! The music is great, the dj really keeps the crowd moving. For parking, there is a lot in the back of the establishment or street parking as well.

Loved the comfortable lounge like seating and scannable menus. The Sylvester has a great happy hour. Great cocktails, wine and beer choices. Looking at the menu, they have interesting cocktails. Seems like they put a spin on the traditional mixtures. Two that stood out to me were the whiskey sour and French martini. Delicious mixtures by bartender Robby. He was attentive and able to answer questions about their cocktail twist. Especially loved that he mentioned their 18% gratuity was already added to the check. We added a little something extra just for honesty :-D Overall loved The Sylvester. Great service, delicious drinks and in my opinion, perfect ambiance.

Ironically, we happened to pass by on our way to dinner, and when I asked the bouncer, he told us kids were allowed--so in we went. While you can definitely hear the music, it's not overly loud and you can still have a comfortable conversation. The drinks were incredible, exactly what you'd expect from a Top 50 bar in the world. Watching the bartenders in action was a performance in itself, and my kids were completely amazed. We only stopped in for drinks, and since we were with kids, we were seated at the tables rather than the bar, which was totally fine. In the back, there's a speakeasy-style area that was dimly lit and lined with books, creating a really cool, intimate atmosphere. Overall, we loved the experience and will definitely be back.

I won't name names but one establishment was well spoken of through Yelp and such but the overall vibe there was colder than a freezer. I randomly found Presidente while looking on Apple Maps and it was featured in one of the 'best of' articles. Wynwood district isn't new to us and we enjoyed the area the last time we were there. From the moment we got dropped off, something was giving off amazing vibes. Not to wave anyone off but our server Juan (?) C (Carlos?) was incredibly awesome and attentive. We also had such a pleasure to Christian who I believe is the bar director of the bespoke program they uphold there. I can't (nor my wife) recall what she ordered but I kicked things off with the Mexpresso Martini and then took Christian's rec of the Un Ultimo Beso. Recall what I mentioned at the beginning? MMM THOSE TASTE DAMN GOOD Food is off the walls too! Thank you all @ Presidente!

This time, I went for a bachelorette party, and we had an amazing time. There is a $40 cover charge, but the cool part is they give it back to you in this fun fake money that you can use at the bar--you just tip the bartenders separately. The DJ was incredible and played a little bit of everything, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long. I ordered the strawberry margarita, and hunny... when I tell you that cup was HUGE, I was shocked! It was so delicious that I ended up having two. If you're looking for a beautiful atmosphere, great music, strong drinks, and an unforgettable night out, Mayami Wynwood is definitely a spot worth checking out. I can already tell I'll be back for that dinner show!

We were a group of 12 locals…read morecelebrating a birthday and had a reservation for 9:00 p.m. We were told we wouldn't be seated until our entire party arrived, which was understandable. What wasn't understandable was standing around the crowded bar area for an hour and a half before finally being seated at 10:30 p.m. After waiting 90 minutes past our reservation time, we were seated at what was arguably the worst table in the restaurant--right next to the kitchen and directly in the path of a constant stream of staff walking behind us all night. Because we were a large group, food came out at different times. The couple at the opposite end of the table still hadn't received their entrées while the rest of us were already finishing ours. Eventually, we realized they had ordered chicken--the same dish some of us had received. When we brought it to our server's attention, she seemed confused. We asked to speak with a manager and were absolutely stunned by the response. What should have been a simple kitchen error turned into one of the most bizarre restaurant experiences I've ever had. Instead of apologizing for a missing entrée and finding a solution, management told us they had reviewed security footage and claimed members of our party had eaten our friends' meal. We were shocked. Not only was the accusation completely unfounded, but it was delivered as though we were somehow responsible for their mistake. Mistakes happen in restaurants. We would have understood that. What we couldn't understand was being blamed instead of receiving an apology or a solution. To this day, I'm still confused by how management thought that was an appropriate response. Adding to the frustration, at no point during the 90-minute delay or the entrée mix-up did management make any meaningful effort to communicate with our group, apologize for the inconvenience, or improve the experience. As for the food, it was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the wait. The only positive thing I can say is that the décor is beautiful. Unfortunately, between the excessive wait, poor service, lack of accountability, and being falsely accused of causing the restaurant's mistake, we definitely won't be back.
