Five-Star Review for Adam Sloat - Exceptional Real Estate Agent in Boulder…read more I had the pleasure of working with Adam Sloat over a 6-7 month period while searching for a condo for my student attending CU Boulder--and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first remote interaction, Adam demonstrated outstanding engagement, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the Boulder real estate market. Because I was unable to travel to Boulder myself, Adam took the initiative to personally visit and video record no fewer than 8-9 properties, providing detailed walk-throughs and thoughtful commentary that helped me feel fully informed from a distance. His superior communication skills made what could have been a stressful, long-distance search process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Adam's knowledge of the local market is top-tier. He consistently offered strategic advice, flagging potential issues and opportunities with clarity and professionalism. When it came time to negotiate, Adam managed the process seamlessly--balancing assertiveness with diplomacy and always keeping my best interests front and center. Beyond his real estate expertise, Adam is simply a great guy--friendly, genuine, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism is matched by a personal warmth that made the entire experience feel collaborative and supportive. If you're looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and personable real estate agent in the Boulder area, look no further than Adam Sloat. He's truly the best.

We interviewed several agents and James clearly stood out as the most professional and best prepared. During the 3 months it took to list and sell the property, he was very diligent in making sure we had the best qualified buyers when we had several offers. He used a stager for making the home look very pleasant and we believe that was one of the reasons we had so many offers. If anyone is looking for a good realtor in Denver, I would gladly recommend James Crocker of Crocker Realty.

From first meeting until closing last week, Dunbar has exhibited amazing finesse and skill in navigating the journey of selling a unique home. He exhausted every marketing avenue from strategic advertising to even "selling" the perks of living on the river by filming himself kayaking past the house. He was never ruffled by the hiccups that arose and truly is a master of remaining positive no matter the challenges. He was always kind and never disparaged a potential buyer when they chose not to pursue our property. He is such a good communicator that he can truly calm both seller and buyer to help them process negative information with the least impact. He really boils down issues to just the pertinent information needed to successfully traverse through. He was so tenacious in the process it took to get us to closing. He is patient and incredibly personable and such an asset to have in negotiations. We feel very blessed to have worked with Dunbar!

He's amazingly hardworking, and very quick to respond, and always on the ball. And when I say responsive and quick to move, we saw maybe 10+ houses a week for a little over a month before eventually closing. A lot of those were scheduled within a day or two of seeing the house being listed as well. Apart from the standard realtor stuff, he dug into all the details of the house, following up on any old structural reports, as well as getting a structural engineer friend to help give a cursory look into possible foundation issues. Taylor was also very knowledgeable about general house maintenance and what to look out for, such as uneven flooring as a possible indicator in the ground shifting. He is responsive and helpful even after making the sale, helping get references for any work that needs to be done both pre-offer and post-closing. In fact, we're pretty certain the lender he recommended was crucial in winning the offers we made, since Zenith even calls the seller to reassure them of a fast close, as well as lay out the closing details to make the offer even stronger. Of the 4 offers we made, 2 were accepted. One ended up having foundational issues which Taylor helped us navigate. Never did he pressure us to push through on the bad house, and all the comps he pulls are good and reasonable, and we were confident with each offer we made. I can heartily recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a house in today's current market, especially as a first time homeowner. He gives a very informative, no pressure counsel and definitely looks out for his clients instead of focusing on making a sale.

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed all the help we could get, and Bryan and Lisa were there every step of the way, ensuring we understood the process and guiding us through. They took the time to explain everything to us, which was reassuring and made us feel confident in our decisions. We were especially pleased with their exceptional communication throughout the searching and purchasing process. They were always responsive, and gave immediate responses to our calls, texts, or emails. They were able to schedule property showings quickly and based on our varied schedule. Throughout the process they provided advice and pointed out the good and the bad in the properties we were looking at, and the market value expectations. So when it finally came time to start bidding, we felt like we were able to make informed, accurate bids and decisions. Bryan and Lisa were a calming force during the stressful bidding process, and they kept us level-headed. When our offer was accepted and we were beginning the purchase process, Bryan and Lisa recommended mortgage and inspection partners, who we were also extremely pleased with. And since they had existing business relationships, they all communicated with each other in the background so that the escrow process went extremely smoothly. In the end, we were even able to close early! Working with Bryan and Lisa has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. You spend a lot of time with your realtors, and they were just genuinely nice to hang out with for a few months. They made us feel valued, and confident that we were in the best hands. Amber Kwapy of WGA Realty is a Real Estate Agent worthy of your consideration!…read moreI recently discovered that beginning the process of buying a property in the Westminster, CO area is both exciting, and a little overwhelming when it comes to choosing which real estate agent to go with. Once I got online and indicated an interest in a particular property, I was contacted by at least five different real estate agents. I was particularly impressed with Amber Kwapy of WGA Realty. Amber immediately made herself available for a showing of a property that I was interested in. She was attentive to details of the property that are critical to the prospective buyer, and provided valuable feedback without being intrusive. Even though my buying journey went another direction, Amber was instrumental in helping me through the perils of buying a home.

He did things that no…read moreprevious realtor had done and it is obvious how effective his methods are with the quick results. Here is what he did: * He came to my home prior to listing and made some suggestions for the showing - things that I wouldn't have thought of and that didn't cost me more than $20 for staging props. * He did some real research to come up with the market value - and gave me the reasons. * He suggested listing for a little lower than what we hoped to receive in order to generate multiple offers - and it did. ALL over asking! * He did a mass e-blast with other realtor contacts. Posted on Facebook and other social media which resulted in over 400 views * He walked around the neighborhood with a professional flyer and told the neighborhood about the house and upcoming Open House * He hired a professional photographer - and paid extra for 25 shots and neighborhood pictures. My family said the pictures even made my 25 year-old worn out couch look good! :-) * He had two Open Houses and when he couldn't be there for all of one of them, he had a few of his best, trusted co-workers fill in. They also came and visited and asked questions so they could then answer any questions. * He reviewed all of the offers thoroughly and didn't even recommend the highest offer since a quick close was essential and wouldn't have been possible with them. The results of all of his work? Over 75 came to the two open houses We had three over asking offers within three days We closed without a hitch in 1 month and I was on my way to Atlanta He was involved in all aspects of the listing and closing and I so appreciate his integrity, professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. You'll never regret using Dan Bruno!

Alex stated Matt was professional, kind, and he had a great personality. My brother thought we would get along. At the time of the referral, my husband and I were looking to sell the current townhouse and purchase one with enough room for the joint families planning to live in it. I met Matt two weeks before I was going on vacation at the end of July 2021. Matt was going on vacation the week after we were introduced. Even when Matt was supposed to spend time with his parents and his family on vacation, he made time to answer my queries, no matter how inconsequential they were. When we reconnected after vacations were completed, Matt was always present and professionally available. He would patiently explain issues or address concerns I would bring up in our regular correspondence. I have a very high bar for professionalism in any field - especially in real estate where it is one of the most significant investments one makes throughout one's life. Matt demonstrated a special knack for being attuned to my needs, wants, and respected the process of my decision-making. He was patient and kind (as my brother already attested to) and always presented with such a sunny disposition and an infectious giggle. He responded to calls and text messages in a timely manner. I took note of how he refrained from his personal agenda related to what he saw or thought was a beautiful, nice, or not-my-style nor neighborhood-related comments. He was consistently professional in interactions whilst exuding warmth that one cannot help but like the guy. He was detail-oriented and always went over and beyond what was expected as an agent. There was never any issue too minute to brush off or gloss over. He was also very knowledgeable in the different areas we visited which resulted in my learning more about the differences in the neighborhoods in our communities of choice. There will never be any hesitation on my end in highly recommending Matt Mulcahy to anyone looking for help securing their next home. Vicky Tuakoi
