They did an excellent job leveling the area where three trees were recently removed for the project; they also relocated the extra earth to another area of the yard that needed leveling. The blacktop they put in lined up perfectly with the existing paver block drive on the main entrance and the existing secondary driveway to the back area of the property. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. Strongly recommend Arens Superior Paving LLC and will use them again for future projects.

We sold our house by owner and used this title company. It's a long process since our buyer was…read moregetting a bank loan (not the title company's fault.) Keweenaw Title didn't give us any updates during the 90 day process and we would have to call constantly to get any information. Once the house sold they wouldn't give us our money. She said that the check had to be sent to the address on our ID. Well the address on my ID was the address to the house that just sold, (duh.) I asked to speak to the manager or someone who would actually be helpful then found out I was speaking to the owner. She wouldn't send our money to us and was really really hard to work with. I know it's a small town without a ton of choice, but if you have the choice to choose a different title company, I would. (Unless you'd like your money held hostage and like dealing with terrible customer service.)

They don't ask what you project is to engage you. They point you in the general direction of what you ask for. Pricing is a bit higher than other lumber yards. I did go to the extent to talk to one of the owners about this. His reply was "I have a camera on my employees that I can monitor". I guess that solves the problem......NOT! When I initially hired their snow removal services for my driveway, I was assured that they would…read morecome by every morning to remove the snow build up that the snow plow left behind my car. Instead, Josh missed a few times during a month, and when I called him out on it, he simply said he was out of town during the weekend. He stopped answering my calls or returning voicemails. He also was incredibly arrogant and rude to me. In addition, while plowing my drive he knocked over my snow sticks...which isn't that big of a deal, but he then just left them and didn't bother to get out and pick them up. He also would pile up snow on my neighbor's sidewalks. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm not accustomed to such arrogance, disrespect, and laziness out of a Yooper. I think Josh is a capable guy, but his customer service skills need improvement. And honestly, my parents were looking to find someone in the area for work...so he lost out on a much bigger job by messing this up.

Their prices are competitive, they are licensed and bonded, and they do various other jobs (contracting, mowing, etc.) that we will be contacting them for in the future. We will be calling them again. ;)
