I'm sorry, I'm here to get fingerprints, I'm not interested in reading any of the stupid shit you have taped to the wall in between all your security cameras for sale. Once we began the fingerprinting process, on at least 5 different occasions, he shifted heavily from foot to foot, sighing and mumbling under his breath regarding the "program not responding error" that kept popping up on his computer. My daughter had lost her key for her car she just purchased a couple weeks prior - an Audi Q5 - so…read morewe asked on FB for anyone local (we live in Stephenville) to make a new key fob since the dealership would charge close to $1000. Many recommended a local guy who we contacted but this guy said he could not do Audis and recommended a guy in the metroplex that may be able to help. This is where the long 6 week (so far) drama began. Premier Auto Keys Mobile Locksmith - owner Robert - was who we first contacted 2/1. It's now 3/7 and she still is unable to drive her car. It's a long story, but the short version is, he came out, realized he couldn't do it, took her module home and said he could bypass security with different machinery. Was unable to do it. The next day - 2/8 - we found my daughter's key! We thought everything was going to be fine but now it wouldn't communicate with the car. So, he came out days later and tested all the things and said the module is messed up so something happened when he was trying to bypass the security of the car. He said he would order a new one and have it programmed and would cover costs. It's now 3/7 - the module took weeks to get in, the guy who was going to program it supposedly backed out, and now we finally decided to have it towed to Audi to have it fixed. It's $1675 before they even fix it. The battery is now messed up, they need to do testing. Haven't heard from Robert in days and need him to respond and cover the bill from Audi before we end up having to take him to court. The car worked FINE until he messed with it to try and program a key, which we thought he could do, he said he could, or we never would have let him first touch it. I looked at his reviews and his page and he seemed legit and trustworthy. But this situation has been awful. I'm honestly not one to put things like this out there, but since he hasn't solved this situation in over 6 weeks, and hasn't responded to us (calls, emails, texts) since we had the car towed to be fixed, I feel I have no other option.
