Despite only making an appointment 2 hours prior, Sylvia allowed me to try on as many as I wanted and was super helpful in helping me decide among options. I found brocade styles that I've never seen at other stores or online. I came back several months later (timed with a work trip) to try on what I had ordered -- it had to be shipped from China. I thought I would have to return for a third trip to pick up my tailoring but no, Sylvia made adjustments while I got lunch in Flushing and I took it home that afternoon!
