You need to choose between 1 1/2 or 2" tubing. Service was friendly and helpful. I'll likely be going back next time I need more steel. Another downside is that they only accept cash or check! When I came home that night I saw that thé the driveway is not straight across at the end. Lady came out next day and said yeah, it's not straight but that's how it came out. What?!? She then tells me that they actually gave me about a foot more than 70' on the long end so I should be happy. It's very nice they gave me a foot more but they made it look ridiculous by doing it! If you are going to add more out of the kindness of your heart then have the customer service mentality to make it look nice ? Or at least be straight? Her answer they can come cut all the extra off and make it straight. Not trim it - take all of it. Now I'm not trying to be greedy, but they already ripped up more than a foot more of my yard to put the pavement down than I wanted! I realized that customer service was no where to be found in this conversation I asked her how much - heck if she offered me 100 off I would have been happy ... but no. Nothing. They came back 2 days later to get the broken equipment and to finish the driveway. The final product was an unlevel surface which pooled water right behind the cars. I did have the driveway sealed. These areas froze in the winter and both my daughter, and I slipped getting into our cars. Come spring, I called to see about the unevenness. their response was for 1/2 price they would seal the driveway. Not fixing the issue. They did end up grinding the uneven surface to reduce the pooling. I needed to reseal the driveway again. What bothered me the most is their excuse for the ridge was due to the driveway shape. This was the 3rd time the driveway has been done in 45 yrs. it wasn't a problem 2x before. it really should be 2.5 stars.

I was home all day and never saw them show up. When I called they said they delivered to me and I said no you didn't. They insisted they use GPS and even told me what my house looked like. That's great but that doesn't prove a thing. I was then told I probably was in the bathroom, that the gauge on my tank was probably broken, and other excuses why I was wrong in saying I never got the delivery. After asking for the printout from the truck, becasue every delivery has a printed slip, they finally called me and said they had indeed delivered to the wrong house. By the way my neighbor came by earlier that day with a slip saying that SHE got the delivery so if they continued to deny it I had solid proof. No customer should be treated like they are crazy, that's the way I felt becasue they were acting like I was off my rocker and didn't know what was going on. It infuriates me. Needless to say I dropped them real fast.

Their prep work including digging 15 inches (pic below) of the old "Beach sand", rocks, roots, and replacing with a proper gravel base...other companies I've seen have done as little as only removing the old asphalt and immediately repaving. Equally important was the level of courtesy of the owner and his employees...truly not something you always find in the paving industry. They're very busy and needed to be scheduled well in advance, but I'm glad we did.
