Due to this inconvenience--which I find ABSURD, given that a woman who has just given birth cannot enter your offices with her newborn child--I stopped visiting the office and switched doctors. Today, as I was attempting to schedule a new appointment to continue monitoring my pregnancy, I was told that you are *still* enforcing this ABSURD POLICY of not allowing any children to enter. My question is: how is this even possible? During the months of June and July, my son is on school break, and I am certainly not going to leave him home alone just so I can attend my appointments--especially since, incidentally, yours is the *only* medical office I have encountered that has such absurd policies.

First of all, I scheduled an online appointment to see the GYN for May 17, 2024. They gave me an appointment with no issues after accepting my insurance. 4 days before my appointment which is today, I get a call from 407-857-2502. The non-professional female who called didn't even ask me my name. She just starts talking to tell me my appointment is canceled. So to verify that it wasn't a scam, I had to ask when was my appointment since as she didn't properly identify herself. Anyway, she says they have reached maximum appointments and have to cancel. So I said well can I reschedule or is it max for the month? She proceeds to say, no it's max for my insurance for their facility. I said what? I assume it is a Florida thing, bc I have never heard of that in my life. Needless to say, thank you women's center for your unprofessionalism. I appreciate it. Now I'll try to find a more professional GYN. As I'm writing this, they actually have the nerve to text me that I have signed up for alerts. Like really? I can't even get an appointment.

I called after the first visit and left a voicemail for a call back, that was now two weeks ago. I got no call back. Today when I arrived the red head at the front desk said good morning and asked for my id and Insurance card. When I asked her again? She said they don't have a copy I proceeded to give it to her and said they took this last time as well. She had this look or being annoyed at me saying that. So then proceeded to say I called two weeks ago about a diagnosis I saw on my chart and no one called me back. She don't answer me or offer to review it or discuss it when I will be called to the back. She gave me my cards back and I had the payment card ready on the counter so when she asked for it I said it's right there sheade a sound and grabbed it. Then I was prepared and took the pen I used to sign in she asked me to Sign the receipt and handed me a pen but I had already had one in hand and signed it she put her pen back with an attitude now. I gave her the receipt and she just sat there typing and looking at her screen. I had to ask if we were done for now , again not looking at me she said yes. Employees need to realize they are working at a Dictors office and do not know what the patients coming in are feeling. Empathy and compassion go a looong way. This woman needs a class In this or get akin where she doesn't deal with patients.

They didn't feel welcoming for being women to women at all in a place that helps other women. Always speaking in Spanish, God knows what they're saying, they could be talking about other patients 2. I love the doctors and assistants in the back, they did a great job for making me feel comfortable and welcomed at my first time, they taught me a lot as well when I had questions 3. They ordered a blood test for me to go do and they after I did it to a place they said took my insurance (they said they did at the blood place too), I still got a bill in the mail to be paid. I had a very frustrating and mentally draining experience with Dr. Silpa Senchani and ultimately…read moredecided to stop care with her due to lack of trust and poor communication. On September 3rd, I arrived expecting a scheduled colposcopy but was only given a consultation and charged a $35 copay, which was not explained beforehand. On September 10th, she claimed to perform a colposcopy, then abruptly moved to a biopsy. The appointment felt rushed, and she did not clearly or honestly answer my questions about whether she would proceed with the colposcopy or what to expect. Two weeks later, an assistant called me with biopsy results and said I needed to have my cells frozen. The assistant was unable to answer any of my concerning or basic questions, which added to my anxiety. I was then scheduled for another appointment in St. Cloud because Dr. Senchani could not perform the procedure in Lake Mary, where I had been seeing her. St. Cloud is over an hour away, compared to the Lake Mary office which is only about 20 minutes from me. This was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. By that point, my trust and comfort were gone. Dr. Senchani consistently rushed through appointments and did not take the time to answer questions or explain procedures. I was emotionally exhausted dealing with this situation and ultimately canceled the appointment. I sought a second opinion from another GYN, and both the colposcopy and biopsy came back negative. This was a huge relief and confirmed my decision to discontinue care with Dr. Senchani. I would not recommend her to patients who value clear communication, reassurance, and feeling heard during sensitive medical situations.
