Called them for some info on a part I wanted as I heard they have a decent sized inventory. Was told it was simply a walk around and as I tried to ask if they had any of my model on the lot, usually a good idea before one drives all that way and haul tools and a trailer in. I was hung up on during my query. Not very good business practice but being female this isn't the first time this has happened. Save your time with calling for anything and perhaps try a place that wants customers. read more
