Marina Maytak is the best massage therapist on this planet! I have annoying pain from my lower back associated with Sciatica and it causes sharp intense pain. After a massage therapy session with Marina I'm pain free for the first time in weeks. The staff at Osborne Chiropractic and Massage Clinic are second to none! We're talking world class customer service. The receptionist was extremely helpful when helping me book my appointment and greeted me as if I was family. Even though I wasn't seeing Doctor Osborne he went out of his way to say hello and thanked me for choosing his brilliant staff to meet my needs. Marina provided an incredible experience that could not have been more thorough. She correctly diagnosed troubled areas, identified the sources of the pain, and treated those areas. She is creating an action plan that will allow me to stretch, exercise and fine tune my posture at work! It's not possible to be more enthusiastic and appreciative of a business than I am for Marina! Thank You!! read more

Osborne Chiropractic - Osborne Chiropractic and Massage and Marina Maytak are amazing! - Chiropractors Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

Dr. Osborne and his team have a wonderful office located next to Alderwood Mall. The office has an inviting feel to it, is clean and welcoming. The office staff is friendly and take the time to communicate and explain processes and policies to you. Although scheduling was difficult when using a LivingSocial voucher, the office was very helpful and flexible. Dr. Osborne took a good amount of time during my adjustment and made sure I was feeling my best when I left his office. There was no pressure to purchase additional sessions, only a simple providing knowledge in what was offered. The equipment and room used is modern and clean. It is very clear from this visit he cares about his patients health and that they will feel better verses seeing patients as a source of revenue as I have experienced elsewhere. The massage was a wonderful treat. The massage was a area focus massage (by request) and the therapist wasted no time in ensuring that I would benefit from the massage as much as possible. Thank you Dr. Osborne and team for providing a wonderful service and care. read more

I came in on a Groupon and was a bit worried that they would try to upsell me. Totally not the case, they let me know all my options and there was no pressure what so ever, very impressed with this! When I first called, a nice lady on the phone told me that my services would be split into either 2 or 3 visits (my groupon was for Xrays, chiropractic adjustment, and a massage) and we scheduled the first visit for two weeks out. Then I was encountering a lot of back pain and called back to see if I could get in sooner. They scheduled me for the next day (Wow!) and we did X-rays and a consult. But Dr. Osborne was very upfront and asked what I wanted out of the visit, as some people only wanted the massage and nothing else. That was great to have the option, but I wanted it all. Came in two days later for my massage (which was nice & they even added in some hot rocks, so it then became a hot stone massage) and then after my massage, my chiropractic adjustment. My adjustment was great! Unfortunately my health insurance does not include Dr. Osborne, but he said he was willing to give me some referrals to other chiro's if I wanted or I could pay the non-insurance fee if I decided to come back to him. At the moment, I will stay with my health insurance as it only costs $10/visit through that, but since my health insurance changes every few years, the next time I switch health plans I will check and see if Dr. Osborne is part of their plan! Great location next to the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, with lots of parking. Have driven past this office so many times and never noticed it here. Adjustments are done in a big spacious room with other people but I am used to that. They also have one of those tables that you lay on that most chiropractors have that massage your back for you. But... this one had an ice pack on it that you lay on. Brilliant idea! Really thought that Dr. Osborne was great and enjoyed my chiropractic adjustment! read more

I went here a couple of years ago from a Groupon/Social Living coupon for a free exam/xray/massage. I was really only interested in the massage, and if I'm not mistaken they gave me the option to skip the free exam/xray....I kind of liked that they did that so I went along with the exam/xray. I didn't feel at all obligated to purchase any of their treatments or services. I ended up doing several months of treatments which I found very helpful. My insurance didn't cover any of it, but they worked with me on a very reasonable cost for treatment. I never had any issues with billing, Corey and his staff were friendly and enjoyable to interact with. If they were closer to my home I would go there for more treatments. Also, the massage was great and the massage therapist was very professional and made me feel comfortable. read more

I went to Osborne Chiropractic because of a nagging lower back injury that prevented me from running for more than 10 to 15 min. without pain. I thought I would just have to live with the pain -- but after a few weeks of treatment at Osborne I can now run pain free! The treatment consisted of spine adjustments, yogalike stretches and exercises, and traction for my back and neck. It worked! I also appreciated the professionalism and friendly manner of the doctor and all the staff. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been a patient at Osborne Chiropractic for over 9 years and have been pleased with the service and care during that time. Initially I started going after a car accident left me with neck and back pain. After a compassionate and personalized treatment plan I was able to fully recover from that and regain my quality of life. Since the initial months of treatment I now go in for maintenance adjustments every now and then or when needed. Recently I went in with some leg muscle pain and mentioned it to Dr. Osborne. He asked me a few more questions and had me try a few stretches that identified the problem as a strained muscle higher up that I didn't even realize was strained and causing the sore leg muscles from my body trying to compensate. He gave me a stretch and a few workout techniques to help strengthen the root cause that have so far been very helpful. I frequently go in with my family and the staff has been friendly and kind to my kids. When they were infants / toddlers they enjoyed the friendly staff as much as the staff enjoyed seeing them. My kids have also needed chiropractic adjustments from time to time and Dr. Osborne was great with his care on them as well. I have also enjoyed and felt great care and respect during massage therapy at the office, both as part of a treatment plan and for relaxation. Our family will continue to visit Osborne Chiropractic because of the level of care and personal attention our whole family has received over the years. read more

The people here have the equipment, education, know-how, and proof-of-experience, to take away your pain and stiffness. I first came here 17 years ago when Dr. Osborne Sr. was the doc. He was great, and helped me a lot. He was up on the latest studies and techniques. His son has carried on that tradition by bringing in all the latest science. He uses adjustments to get your joints in alignment and moving well, uses physical therapy to stretch and strengthen muscles, and traction to stretch ligaments/tendons--a magic mix, IMHO. Traction at home is easy with the blocks he sells, or a towel rolled around something hard, or whatever you have. A word about the chiropractic adjustments: he never pushes you. I had a few adjustments to my neck, but then memories of a bad chiro doc made me get nervous, and so Dr. Osborne switched to the activator without trying to convince me otherwise. In fact, he ALWAYS hears my concerns and takes them into consideration. There was a week where I had stomach troubles, and he and the physical therapists worked around me not being able to lie down. And recently, summertime kids' activities had me feeling overwhelmed, and he suggested we drop down to once a week and leave off the exercises; maintaining the results I have until school starts up again. They're so awesome!!! I recently had a mid-treatment-plan checkpoint (with comparitive xrays) and I'm right on track, about halfway to regaining the correct curve and alignment in 3 areas. Even my dowager's hump is reduced. How's that for proof-of-concept!! Frigging love this place!!! My teenaged daughter got sick of going 3 times a week, so she's taking a break, but she's the first to admit that she gained a little over an inch in height from Dr. Osborne treating the exaggerated curves in 2 area of her spine. I especially love how the treatment and exercises change as your body gets stronger and more limber. It keeps things interesting! Thanks Osborne Chiropractic!! read more

I have been a patient for many years and have been very impressed with the level of care that I have received. I am a strong believer that regular chiro adjustments coupled with rehab have saved me from my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I used to suffer from debilitating migraines and I even notice that if I don't go in regularly, I tend to get flare ups. I also choose to go in regularly during my pregnancies to help combat my lower back pain, especially as my bump gets bigger. I have recommended Osborne Chiropractic to all my family and friends as well and we have all had nothing but positive experiences with the Doctors & staff and I am very grateful for the expert care that I have received in treating my chronic pain. read more

Dr. Osborne is amazing! The staff are all sweet and have bright happy attitudes. I had my consultation with Dr. Osborne after suffering 5 years of chronic pain developed through injury during my military service. And most recently an auto accident that flared existing conditions. Though veterans choice only covers a limited amount of visits...he expressed his interest in helping people that suffer as I do. I am blessed to have found this chiropractor. Only 6 minutes away from home. Excited for my next visit!!!!! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Osborne for about 3 years now. I started seeing him mostly because of headaches/migraines/neck pain I'd been having for several years (and I am not that old!). He is one of the most genuinely kind people I have met. He made me feel comfortable immediately, and I had never been to a chiropractor before in my life (and to be honest I was a bit skeptical). I've been seeing him about once every 2 weeks for the past 3 years, and I have not had a migraine since early 2014! I have also started adding massage to my regimen about once every 2-3 months, and Marina is GREAT. I always look forward to the appointments that include massage! My neck is improving even though I only go once every 2-3 weeks. I was not a believer in chiropractic before I started seeing Dr. Osborne, but now I definitely am! I plan on continuing my care with him for a long long time. read more

Since my initial review, the owner of Osborne Chiropractic has been in contact with me several times to make things right. He decided to take my experience and improve his business by it. He has made an ongoing effort to fix his billing, finally outsourcing to a professional billing company to alleviate the problems associated with in house accounting. I admire that a business owner would take those steps to improve their customer experience. Good job, Osborne Chiropractic! read more

Very professional yet very friendly, adding a very convenient location. I am so glad that I chose this office for my chiropractic needs.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from the office staff, I knew this would be a positive experience. He has a great team set up that will help you with check-in, booking appointments, information on insurance and much more. I have been going to see Dr. Osborne for over 2 months due to a car accident injury and I have received amazing care from him and all his staff. Dr. Osborne takes his time and explains what he is doing and how it will help you. The pain in my back and neck are much less severe since I have been getting a combination of being adjusted and massage therapy. I would recommend Dr. Osborne and his team to anyone looking for a chiropractor that will take the time to help you heal and relieve your pain. read more

Dr Corey Osborne is fantastic!!! I have been to another Chiro office before where no one cared at all about my pain issue and where patients are treated like you are sitting on a conveyer belt. Dr Osborne ( and his staff!!) always cared and went above and beyond to help me and my Husband! Which is why I will be returning for treatment . read more

Dr Osborne and his staff are FANTASTIC! They truly care about your wellbeing. They provide a wide range of new technological services I've never seen before. Not just a crack your neck shop. I learned more about what actually wrong with my back in 2 visits then I did in 10 years of traditional doctor visits. They're not there to gouge you for money just because he has a PHD either. This ain't your grandpa's chiropractor!! Go see them now! read more

We have been with this family chiropractic office for 14 years now. If you are looking for a chiropractor who takes the time to personally care for your needs and concerns, will spend extra time with you if needed (even last minute appointments when in need), values honesty and integrity, and has a heart to ensure the most optimal outcome for your health concerns, then this is the right doctor for you and your family! He has even taken care of our 10 year old son when he had a back injury, and got him back to full restoration within a few months! No medications....nothing else was needed. We also want to add that we have been seeing this office for massage therapy all this time as well. Marina and Missy are highly gifted in healing. We had no idea that our medical insurance could cover this as well! And don't even get us started about Svetlana, Dr. Osborne's billing professional! She is amazing at what she does, and keeps the office running smoothly by being equipped to answer every single client's questions and concerns. This office is more like family, and clearly we highly recommend them! Thank you for doing what you guys do for us! - Adam and Veronica read more

DR Osborne has really helped me in controlling chronic pain, and I've seen enough improvement to be very hopeful for a full recovery. I have tried multiple Chiropractors, and Dr Osborne is the one I'm going to stick with. read more

They operate on a business model and unless you have very deep pockets or a lot of insurance, you will be left out. They expected me to sign a contract for thousands of dollars worth of treatment...without even experiencing an adjustment to see what kind of work they did. When I said I only go to Chiropractors as needed, Dr DeLucci told me they don't do that there. Totally elitist comment; "we do things differently here." They kept pushing the treatment pkg. Of course the Living Social voucher had said a consutation and treatment with Dr Osborne and massage...(I didn't go back for massage after leaving there in more pain than when I came in and he wouldn't even give me an adjustment without coming back another day and he told him I was really hurting, but he wasn't going to deviate from his business model. I never even saw Dr Osborne, only this fairly freshly minted, business sales person/chiropractor, which I was told was Dr Osborne's brother-in-law, Dr DeLucci. I left there in more pain than when I arrived and he never even addressed the source of my pain. I didn't buy his business plan and he showed no compassion whatever. read more
