He came to evaluate the issues ( dark spots, a small piece of concrete that broke off and needed to be fixed and a crack) - He promised to come out the following week for repairs. I have contacted him every week - He ghosted me. They got their money but they do not follow through. Items such as the importance of good quality concrete for the front driveway and sloping for the drainage. In addition, the yardwork such as tree trimming, planting, installing weed fabric, and adding the lava rocks were done properly to ensure it is aesthetically.
