I came to Action Spine & Joint after a car wreck and being disgusted with the care that I had received from Physical Therapy. I some how knew that a Chiropractor is what was needed! I had no idea the place I had chosen was going to deliver such AMAZING treatment! In severe pain from a bulging disk and whiplash. Now I can sit, walk bend and turn my neck! I'm truly grateful for the service and the motivation to get me back to where I needed to be by this team of wonderful people that are great at what they do!

I've been a patient at Gracepointe for years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. I rely on prescription-strength allergy medication (Zyrtec D) because over-the-counter options do not work for me. The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.

Everyone here is so nice a you can tell they truly want to help. I've been so happy with the practice so far. It was no problem and I just go in and get adjusted every couple of weeks. Definitely has helped me work through some shoulder and back issues I was struggling with.

I work at a Hospital for Specialty Surgery where Dr. Karpos performs surgery and was impressed with how well his patients did after surgery. I set up an office appointment to see if he could help me. After x-rays, he informed me that I still had good cushion and my problem was Osteoarthritis. He suggested cortisone/steroid injections. He gave me the injections in his office, done with a freeze/numbing spray so they weren't painful. I did have pain for a couple of days (as he said) but after about 4 wks I was pain free and my knees now feel better than they have in years (as he said). I am now walking more and working on losing weight as he suggested. These injections can be given 3-4 times a year as needed. I am ecstatic with the results and very grateful to Dr. Karpos. I highly recommend him for any ortho issues.
