I stopped in one day to have new lenses ordered because of scratches. About a week and half later…read moreI received a call the lenses were in. The lady was quick to tell me I needed an appointment to have my lenses replaced in my glasses. The latest they could accommodate me would be 3:30pm since the procedure took 30mins and they close at 5pm. (seemed weird but o.k.) So, I had to take off work early to attend this appointment only to be told no one was in that could perform the task. (The employee was out with the flu, and the manager was not in). No one knew of "said" appointment to call me and let me know not to show up because appointments don't exist. The receptionist didn't even look in the computer to act like she was checking it. So, I rescheduled the non-existing appointment. The day before this appointment I called to see if I could possibly reschedule with the doctor (that was scheduled for the next week) so I wouldn't have to take off work two more times. I was told "He is not in the office that day". Disappointed but that happens so I leave my exam for the following week alone. I show up for my appointment to get my lenses replaced and as I'm leaving, I see the doctor's car in the lot. Angry at this point that I was lied to again. I call the front desk as I'm driving off and am told he is in and he is booked for the day. "Why was I told he was out of the office yesterday when I called to reschedule?" The person who answered the phone said, "You must have misunderstood". I said there is no misunderstanding he is not in the office that day. There is a big difference between not in and he's booked. What happened to the customer is always right and going out of the way to make things better when a mistake happens? Instead, she wanted to argue with me that she didn't make that comment to me, and I misunderstood what that person was trying to say. I understand people make mistakes. I understand you can't control when someone gets sick. I don't think anyone likes to be lied to and twice is not acceptable. There are a million other ways this could have been handled. Along with having to miss work to appear for an appointment that was necessary but didn't exist. Then to be inconvenienced to have to return another day and the following week to have my annual exam. I don't think so. Poor quality of care all around. No offer to make things right or make it up to me. But very willing to take my money to replace these lenses. Will not return!

PSA-Stay away from this place at all cost! The front desk…read morestaff are some of the rudest most un intelligent people to inhabit the earth , They ignored my VSP insurance charged me out twice what it should be. Go elsewhere, Walmart is better believe it or not. Never ever again.
