Maybe I'll change but I use to love this place. I've been a patient here since 2005. I'm on my 4th dentist here now they keep rotating dentist on my mouth and it's crazy. And my teeth still are not straight. One dentist did one thing to mess up my teeth made it more cricket, the other dentist fixed it, now another dentist name Dr. Alpan came in bent my wires now my teeth going back cricket. I'm so upset I could cry actually I have been crying because I am really upset & furious. It's a simple fix and one dentist understood what needed to happen and now it's not happening. I have to wait a whole month stressed out waiting for my dentist appt. Dentist are not always right and they need to list to the patient sometimes. We look at our teeth 50 million times a day so we can see whats wrong sometimes better than the. Now I came in for an emergency visit and Dr Alpan will not listen to me I told him my teeth are rubbing together as they were before and he stated he not fixing the wires that I would have to let him shave my teeth down. I was crying because I never had to get my teeth shaved before. Which I did he didn't give me a choice and now my teeth are still rubbing. He told me he can cancel my contract and I can take him to court. That blew my mind. I came into another appt he not here and Dr. Newhart refuses to see me who saw me before they stated they are selling the practice. Now I have to see another dentist. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!! The staff is amazing and very nice. Not sure why people have bad experiences but today I witnessed a patient being super rude. It's crazy how people are so problematic and leave bad review for issues they create. Pay your bill lady, don't argue because you can't afford it, geez. Thanks you guys for being so nice trying to deal with rude people, you guys handled it perfectly. I would recommend anyone to come here. The new doctor is amazing and my treatment is going great. Came this morning for a consultation. The appointment was at 9 AM and I waited outside for 30 minutes with other patients. Tried calling multiple times, but no answer. Glad that I ended up leaving because if you can't show up at a reasonable time as a doctor/staff, then you have no business touching my teeth. read more

Came here for a consultation. Waited 1hour and 30 minutes before I was seen by an orthodontist. I came here because On the Invisalign website, Dr. David Alpan is a diamond plus provider and this was the address listed. With the intentions of meeting Dr. Alpan for treatment, I was very disappointed that I was mislead into thinking that my consultation would be with him. In fact, once I got in the chair, I was told that he doesn't practice there, he just owns the office. They are just using his diamond plus status to mislead patients into beginning treatment with Orthodontists that are much lower tier (silver) in Invisalign providers. The Doctor (one of the twins) that I consulted with was very very nice and enthusiastic but since this was my second go-around I preferred a doctor with much more experience and that is Dr. Alpan, who does not work at this office. read more

Horrible customer service. I've been going to them for about a year now for my daughters braces. The lady that calls to remind you of the appointment, which is always a day before. Is such a dork. I told her I couldn't make it to re schedule my appointment , she insist that I go. I told her I could because I work and so did my husband and I wasn't going to be able to make it. She still when ahead and kept the appointment. When I call the day of to cancel it was closed. Who the hell was I supposed to talk to? The following Monday she calls me to let me know that I will be charged $50 for not going... Really? Dumb ass I told you I couldn't to cancel the appointment .... I would not recommend this dentist at all... They really suck. I wish I would have looked in to them before I settle with them.. read more

Waste of time, I had my braces for three years and I constantly advised the dentist, I forgot his name but he's short and stocky, anyways I constantly advised him that my bottom teeth were not moving. Each month he made an excuse that oh it'll be shifting soon. So comes the last 2 months of my treatment and he's says oh we'll keep them on a little longer if ur not happy. Like of course I'm not fucking happy. So after keeping them on for an additional 2months I told them to take them off, because at this point I'm being charged for my shit looking the same. The dentist even told me lol that my retainer will fix my bottom teeth lmao like...if the damn braces didn't fix them how in the hell was the retainer supposed to work magic and straighten them. I am now in the process of getting Invisalign.my new dentist told me the reason why my teeth aren't as straight is because they never shaved my teeth to create room. I guess that's what I get for going to an ortho only office that doesn't have all of the benefits of an actual dentist office. So my suggestion is to avoid this place, go to an actual dental office that offers ortho. This place will place ur braces on rite away and the payments aren't bad but it's really a waste of money. I'm not even going to tell u guys what happened to my friend who also got her braces from here because whew that's another long ass story. read more

I wouldn't recommend this orthodontist to anyone. I'm about 9-10 months into my treatment and it's the worst by far . A few of the employees are rude and have horrible attitudes. They are real shady when it comes to using your insurance and they do not conduct business in a professional manner. If I could stop treatment and go elsewhere I most definitely would but I'm kind of stuck in a shady contract . Which would require I still pay the full price of the treatment . The over all experience has just been nightmare compared to my pervious experience( not at this location ) . I've had braces before and the other company was way better and way more professional ! read more

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! I was told that my treatment for braces would only be the standard two however two months after my braces were removed( two tears later) I had to get them right back on for what I was told at the time twelve additional months of treatment were needed to close spaces that were never closed from the first cycle of treatment where teeth were removed (per the orthodontist treatment plan.) I know now the teeth that were pulled should not have been pulled. After that year of additional treatment, I still had to go another year. That's a total of four years! And my teeth looked better before I started any treatment with them! And to top that, they were trying to make me pay in addition to what I already paid out of my pocket, for the extra treatment to correct their mistakes! Find another orthodontist! You don't want to be in the same predicament I found myself in. The end result... No Resolve! I'm sure I will have to take this to the next level to try and re comp what I paid out of pocket and damages caused due to their incompetence and lack of professional opinion, not to mention the time I have invested, the stress, harassment and disfigurement of my profile and once almost perfect smile :) I rate this office, it's doctor's and it's staff a minus zero and NO stars! And almost forgot, you can't even trust this office outside referrals. The Management is NOT to be trusted and can be very rude in any event they are found in the wrong or even questioned. read more

I went for braces to close my gap. 1 year and a half later, my gap is closed BUT my teeth that were PERFECTLY aligned at the bottom, now look like an old picket fence. When I asked if the staff would shave the teeth down to make them even again, they told me that when i wear my retainers they should "all straighten up" which obviously doesn't make sense *years later and they still have not*. I watched them put the SAME set of bracket wires on each month when I would go to get them "tightened" so of course they recommended 6 more months at what was supposed to be the end of my session. They really were desperate for money and It's disappointing that instead of doing QUALITY work, they try to sucker people out of their money by doing subpar work and then extending their sessions. The staff was nice and respectable, but the doctors were rude and unreliable. Writing this review only because I'll have to get Invisalign to fix what they did to my mouth EVEN THOUGH I WORE MY RETAINERS AND BANDS. I hope my next ortho doesn't view me solely as a paycheck. read more
