I believe I was the first patient of the day and was greeted by 6 or so employees when I entered the office. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They staff used what is obviously some of the latest technology and collected data, digital images, scans, photos, and even videos. This was followed by a thorough, and a very comprehensive exam. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. Taylor was great in prepping me, taking all the images, and assisting Dr. Wiltz with the examination. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit! Shout out to Ebony at the front desk for answering my calls and being super friendly and professional. Craig

And you expect me to give you a copay before after that?! You have lost your minds!

Had an emergency Dental situation with an access and broken tooth on tooth #19, excruciating pain…read moreabd swelling around it, pus pocket had already popped and I was in dire need of it being extracted...the Assistant took a Panorex of my whole mouth, checked tooth in pain then we waited for dentist.....he never came to check it out, yelled at me from another room about another tooth that was absolutely fine (no pain,no problems at all on it)....the Assistant then left for about two minutes then came back and told me they're giving me a referral and a script for seven days of antibiotic pills. We'll left without any resolution to my pain or getting the tooth extracted. Here I was headed to the pharmacy, well..I took the antibiotics 1 time, had an allergic reaction, so they gave me a antibiotic that didn't work for any absessed tooth. The throbbing and swelling got worse, couldn't eat or chew, all I could get for nourishment was protein drinks and yogurt for 2 weeks. They only gave me a referral for tooth on my upper jaw( remember, my broken abcessed tooth was lower left). I had to go to the ER and they game me different Antibiotics, gave me a referral and so when I went to this dentist in Madison, Dr Pascal at 44 Hughes Road said he would only take a referral from a dentist, that it was against Dental laws to get referral from Doctors, I knew he was lying, then I realized that that Complete Dental works in conjunction with Dr Pascal. It's really unprofessional and sad that some Dentists aren't even respectful enough to remove a broken absessed tooth. There is much more to this painful experience, but I am in my 70's and still in pain, and both clinics are horrendous, and i need to take a break.

I chose Making Smiles because they are in-network with my dental insurance and also have great reviews. I now understand why they have received such great feedback from patients- I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiling faces. The office was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was SO nice and checked me in with ease. I was brought to the back and examined by Dr. Simpson. We reviewed the reason for my visit and I was asked what my smile goals are. I let Dr. Simpson know that I wanted my teeth to be PERFECTLY straight. She suggested Invisalign and thoroughly discussed the benefits. Her and the staff took photos, scans, and x-rays of my teeth which didn't take long at all. I felt like a celebrity! The technology they have in-office is amazing and efficient. I was told in detail how the process would work and even got to see what my smile would look like once the treatments were completed! I had braces as a teenager but never wore my retainer which caused my teeth to shift. I wanted them back to how they used to be. Dr. Simpson reassured me that this goal is achievable. I felt highly confident on moving forward with Invisalign. Although it's important to invest in your health and well-being, I assumed the cost of this treatment would be a barrier for me. However, they were able to provide a custom payment plan that fit my budget perfectly. Making Smiles couldn't have made it any easier for me! What stood out to me the most was the lady at the front desk- Summer. She was so friendly and inviting from the moment I walked in. Summer answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She was full of knowledge and taught me so much. 10/10 highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks to begin my Invisalign treatment!
