I wanted to arrive at least 2 hours prior to get through TSA and to have a decent breakfast before the flight, so I overrode it and requested 5:15am arrival. My confirmation call informed me that my pickup time would be 3:45 am which seemed extremely early, but I accepted it because I could not afford to miss this flight. The driver was a friendly gentleman who arrived on time and got us (picked up a 3rd passenger) to LAX around 4:40 am (no traffic jams). On my return trip, I only waited about 5 minutes for the driver after I made the pickup request call. I was the only passenger and the driver was very friendly and nice. The vans used for both trips were clean and seemed fairly new. I picked Roadrunner over Uber/Lyft because I wasn't sure I can trust some random driver picking me up around 4 am. I picked Roadrunner over Prime Time Shuttle because Prime Time outsources their service to Uber/Lyft (see aforementioned concern).

The website is easy to work with, and I prefer using that over calling, but my wife prefers calling customer Service because she says they are always really nice over the phone. The only way I could get to my surgery in time was to squeeze myself into a wheelchair that was way to small and painful. When I got to the hospital I was in so much pain, we had to ask for medical assistance to get me out of the chair. When they picked me up, they brought the right van, so there were no problems. The owner provided me a refund and asked me to give their company a 2nd chance. I have a scheduled MRI, so I called ASAP Transport; they came to my home with a wheelchair to make sure it was the right size, and I booked the service. Today, 8/21/23, 1 week before my MRI, the owner of ASAP Transport called me and said he cancelled my service. He said he is refusing me service due to what happened last year. There is no way I can find another transport service 1 week before my procedure. I pleaded with him to not cancel my service, I did not understand why he would refuse me service when his company was the cause of the problem, and he asked me to give him a 2nd chance, and he hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
