In addition, they leveled out another section of the yard that had uneven grading. From start to finish, Sam and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent in their work. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. I asked one the kids working there, "I know we're not in Zone 10, but what Zone are we in?" He looked at me blankly as if I had asked him to solve a quadratic equation...Fortunately, another customer had overheard our conversation and said, "We're in Zone 5, those will be dead by October." We did get a few things, and after putting them in, realized we needed more, I told my wife, "We're going to Kulak's tomorrow." I had a question about mulching perennials as well as keeping weeding to a minimum, (we're creating a perennial garden out of an area where bushes grew for years) and were directed to Allison. She's a wealth of information, a little bit into our conversation, another customer stopped to listen. Allison asked, "Can I help you?", the customer said, "No, this is really interesting, please continue." She's also really funny and personable as well as informative. Everything they offer is quality. Again, you will pay for quality, but you will not be sorry to go there, IMHO...

Was following behind them on a long road…read morewith their advertising trailer attached to the back.. my girlfriend was getting nauseous from the smell coming from the truck, so when we got the chance we passed the truck. As soon as we both neared a red light at an intersection, the male driver (now behind us) started sticking his head out the window, repeatedly screaming at us "BYE!", waving his hands, and honking.. (assuming, he thought we passed him just because he wasn't driving fast enough, which wasn't the case) . The aroma coming from the trailer was just awful. Very unprofessional to be an aggressive driver , screaming at other people when you have a company's logo on the back of the vehicle you are driving. Just because of that incident, we will never in the future use or recommend this company to anyone.
