Apparently his discussion about not wanting to damage my lawn by parking on the street, made during the estimate process, was meaningless. Since I was home, the least consideration he could have performed would have been to knock on my door and ask. I would avoid this tree service. Not only was he days late but he never contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming as promised the first time. I had to chase after him to get any info regarding a date. Obviously he doesn't write things down and depends on strictly memory, or he simply doesn't care.
