If your doctor prescribes meds, you can stay & wait to get it from their on-site pharmacy or let them drop it off at your house. If you have multiple appointments that require you to be there for a while & get hungry, they have snacks (Cuban pastries & small sandwiches) & even coffee (Cuban & American, including decaf). There are healthy snacks offered upstairs during normal times in the recreational/fitness area. The weight-training area is by appointment because they assign a professional to each person so that you don't hurt yourself.
