Come on this hair journey with me…read more.. So I messaged Abby on Friday begging for an appointment on Saturday and can you believe thay she squeezed me in at the last minute?! She didn't know me as this was my first time going to a hairdresser in the USA and she was already so accommodating! On top of that, I was 30 minutes late for the appointment and she was sooooo gracious and understanding! Then, on top of all of that, she cornrowed my hair, did the sew-in and styled my hair in 2 hours!!! And don't get it wrong, she did an EXCELLENT job! I met up with friends later that night and they loved the flawless look of my hair. I'm a super cheap person as I am an international student but I am willing to work extra hours to earn enough to pay her prices (which actually aren't high) for such quality work! I am recommending her to everyone.... EVERYONE!

I have a very thick dry hair so every place I went said the only solution was to shave my head! And then I found Rosa. She gave me the platinum hair color I wanted. Rosa is always very accommodating with appointments and times. Her products are top notch and she's sweet and kind. Thanks Rosa! ‍

She is so kind and sweet, we had such good conversation and I felt like we had been friends forever. She's really good at making you feel comfortable even during a long session like that one. She was so patient and kind. She was determined to give me what I wanted and I know it wasn't easy but she surpassed my expectations! Now for the important part: my hair. It is perfect and feels just as strong and soft as it did before we did this drastic change. I was so nervous to do this because this is one of the biggest changes you can make with your appearance but I felt safe with Rosa and knew I was with a qualified professional. All of my friends love it and asked how it looked so healthy. I honestly couldn't imagine that it would look as good as it does. She brushed it at the end and not a single hair was lost! Incredible! She is a blonde EXPERT! She knows what she's doing and she takes the time to know you and what you want. I will never go to anyone else ever again because Rosa's skill is unmatched. You should never take a chance with your hair, it needs to be done by the best technician possible and Rosa is the best in Miami. Her salon is comfortable, spacious, and clean, and she carries the BEST products. I did a lot of research before doing this and everything she was using was the same stuff that was recommended by luxury salons and influencers.

Leonette took my healthy hair and absolutely torched it. Overprocessed, overbleached, and undercared for -- by the time she was done, my poor strands were gasping for mercy. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, she passed me off to an obviously inexperienced assistant to remove the foils -- a critical step that can make or break a color service. Spoiler: it broke. I left the salon with brittle, straw-like hair that took nearly a year (and a lot of trims, masks, and prayers) to recover. What's even more disturbing? There's a review -- mysteriously hidden from public view -- that recounts a nearly identical nightmare. So this isn't an isolated incident. It's a pattern that the salon seems eager to bury rather than fix. This place has the audacity to charge luxury prices for a service that feels more like a punishment. Overpriced, careless, and utterly lacking in accountability. Do yourself a favor -- keep your hair, your wallet, and your peace of mind far, far away from this place.
