We hired OV Cleaning to clean our Oro Valley home regularly every other week early in 2025. We were pleased with them initially, then had increasing problems. They began showing up late without any communication-- sometimes an hour late! They also began doing a poorer and poorer job, leaving things they had initially cleaned well uncleaned. The final straw was when the crew of two, who were supposed to work for 2 hours (4 person-hours of work) stopped early after working for only 1 hr and 45 minutes. That shorted us by 30 person-minutes of work, yet they insisted we pay them for 2 full hours of work! So we terminated our agreement with them and we're now working to find another more reliable, responsible cleaning service. read more

We have used them for years and recently went to quite frequent and everytime they are over an hour late and they dont clean like they used to. They have gotten sloppy like they dont care and they spill stuff and hide it. We will definitely be switching. read more

They broke the chain for the ceiling fan. If you have a fiberglass tub BEWARE! They used harsh chemicals and/or scrubber and scrubbed flakes of my finish off. I've tried to contact owner and she refuses to acknowledge me in any way. Now this is an added expense to have it fixed. I should never have hired them. BEWARE!! read more

Erica responds promptly when I text about setting up a date to clean our house, the women are very friendly and considerate when cleaning, and they do an exceptional job for a fair price. I've been using Oro Valley for years. We looked past the times when things were broken in our house by the crew, because Ericka fixed it (after we pointed it out; both times the crew left without mentioning it) But, have been disappointed again regarding our last few interactions. We've been paying the same $140 for the last few years for a 3700 sf house. When we moved I discussed with Ericka what the new fee would be for a 900 sf smaller house. Well, that didn't seem to matter because the first cleaning I was charged $168. Again I discussed with Ericka. The second cleaning I was charged $154. Again I questioned her. Her response was they can't do it in less time. So...... my 3700 sf house can be done for $140, but not my 2800 sf house. Beyond frustrating. I can't do business with someone who refuses to acknowledge agreements. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

What a God send this crew was! I had renters absolutely trash my house and leave it a disgusting mess. (See before and after toilet pictures) I was required to get the house ready due to another renter already being lined up and I thought I was sunk. I called a few places and no one had the scheduling I needed except for Oro Valley Cleaning Services. Needed to hire a cleaning Svc. For a move out on a Condo. First scheduled time, they were a No-Sho with no call or text- No big deal I understand things happen... Reason why I felt the need to leave a review is when the 2 ladies did show up they were not too enthused about cleaning. I understand it's hard to find good help right now but I didn't force them to show up or tell them to go work as cleaners. The job was simple and the condo was empty- Newley remodeled- and had not been living in- everything was brand new- just needed refreshed cleaning to be put on the market. We simply asked to have all the dust cleaned, walls, floors wiped and appliances, and bathroom. We came back when they said they were done and the Job was Half-Axx done. There was literally dirt on the window seals, top of refrigerator wasn't touched, and the floor was half way done. When we pointed this out, they got annoyed and went back and cleaned for 5 minutes, said they were done and mumbled something on the way out. read more

Just FYI post for those of you thinking about using this company...make sure you clarify the hourly rate, I did not ask or confirm that the hourly rate was per person, nor was it clarified to me. Also, be sure to do a walk through after the crew has cleaned or during the cleaning if you can be there...I hired this company to clean my mom's new (mostly empty) house and specified what we wanted to be cleaned before the move in. The bathrooms were barely wiped down, the toilets were not even touched, the glass shower doors were still dirty. I feel they only cleaned the kitchen stove and refrigerator decent because we arrived back early. I gave them two starts because they did have availability the same day I called but I was not impressed with the cleaning results. read more

Had Ericka and her staff do some work. Requested cleaning on a new place that was recently purchased. It was in decent shape, but I wanted a deep cleaning before I moved in. I was disappointed on the work done. There was dirt left, which I ended up cleaning myself before the movers arrived. It was not a deep cleaning -- a bit of mopping and cursory wiping with a damp cloth. They did not do one portion of the job and had to come back in order to complete it. They did not show up and I had to follow up with them. They did come another day after leaving me waiting for a long time. So, I messed around for 3 days for a mediocre job. I hired them based on the reviews I saw on Yelp. But, I did not have them service described by others. read more

So we had been using OV cleaning for about a year and things started off really well with a good crew. However as other reviewers have said as time went on the quality seemed to go down. There were several times where the team was 2-3 hours late and I had to text the owner to find out what time they'd be coming. One time they didn't show up and once again no text or communication from the owner. Also I had told her I prefer to have the same team come every time and almost every time it was a new team. In addition items were broken in my house and never mentioned. In addition I was very specific that people who come to my house need to wear a mask bc I have an unvaccinated child at home and that was not followed. After giving several additional chances I realized it was time to find someone new.
