To be honest, we were a bit liberal with the bubblies and wine paring throughout the meal... I cannot recite every single ingredient in the 4 courses I was served. But I can say in full confidence that every dish, every bite, contained fresh and perfectly cooked ingredients drizzled with sauces and garnishes that balance, expand and deepen the flavor.
