They must have over 20 lanes. We had one with a bumper for the kids and a regular lane for adults. It's located in a plaza that is shared with a skating rink and had ample parking out front when we arrived. Several options here - you can pay per player per game($5-10) or by time (an hour or 90 minutes). We paid $39 for 90 minutes for each lane with a maximum of 7 players per game. Shoe rentals were $5 or so, and socks available for purchase. The setup was easy with many fun themes(including the option to take selfies) for your the game board. Balls came back quickly. There is a small arcade, birthday room for parties, and a cafe and full bar(opens at 5 but they serve drinks you can order from the cafe before then. Staff were all friendly. Our lane malfunctioned a couple times and they added back time when our original time ended so we could finish the game. They also have TVs and let us put on the football games we wanted to watch by our lanes. Nothing fancy here but good, clean fun. Great family, date, friend, or solo outing!

My 8-year-old brought his inside. Instead of giving us a heads-up when we walked in, the staff waited until we were halfway through our game to abruptly shut off our lane, citing a "no outside food/drink" policy. We pack the water bottle away completely without drinking from it. Instead of acting reasonably, the young woman in charge absolutely refused to turn our lane back on. She seemed to genuinely relish the bizarre power trip she was on. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects families and its customers.

What should be three hours of bowling turns into four because of bad equipment and an owner or owners that don't care. I cannot rate the food this week because it has become over priced with smaller portions.

The owner really should consider having at least 1 extra staff member to assist. The cost is pretty decent-up to 6 people can play for 2 hours for $90 and you get a pitcher of soda and a pizza. They have bumper lanes available for the littles and kid racks for those who need a little help getting the ball down the alley. Overall quite a pleasant experience.

Service is terrible, came in and waited at the front counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight…read moreand no one to pay for bowling We finally get bowling and I request service on the machine and it calls them for 5 minutes then the icon for calling service disappears off the screen and no one comes to get a drink order or food order or anything So then I give up and go to the bar and try to order and there is one bartender there, she is standing by the food window and looking down, then she walks past me two times, once makes eye contact then stands on the other side of the bar with the bottles in the middle of the bar in between us to avoid eye contact while I'm sitting there try to get a drink, I had my id and card in hand ready and it was very obvious I just wanted a drink Then she walks across the bar and grabs her phone and stands in front of the food window and is on her phone for a good minute or two and then looks up and I wave to her and she finally comes over Every thing here I've had to wait for and no one else was in line or waiting.... He stated "well we don't have bowling. We're fully booked". There were 5 people in the building, not including staff. I had to then ask, "why?" Was he trying to make me feel dumb? He stated they had a league every single night and if we wanted to bowl we could come Friday morning. Honestly. What? There's that many semi pro bowlers coming to NSB to bowl every single night until April? I'm honestly shocked. Kind of impressed. But maybe give a lane or two to the public once a week.
