I personally had a wonderful experience here but I know some of the reviews are bad. We went on a Monday and played for like 4 hours and had the place mostly to ourselves. The courses were challenging and the different games were so fun. I'm taking my coworkers soon so I cannot wait. The referees were also very sweet and made sure to kindly remind us every time we forgot to turn on our safety on our gun. Super fun! read more

I left a google review and the owner said to reach out directly so here this is. My biggest concern as an avid paintball player is safety first and foremost. The paintballs you buy are actually dangerous. They are rock solid and most of them don't break. I left here covered in welts and bruises and hardly any paint. We 100% brought it up to the staff multiple times and they said "well that's just what the owner buys nothing we can do about it". We even showed the staff the difference between paintballs we brought from a different place and your guys's and they seemed very disinterested in it. Second the place is laughable at how poorly ran it is. 0 communication from the staff at all we spent the first hour there confused on when we could get a game going because every other place I've been to the refs are actively trying to get games going and communicate with people. And during the games the ref is standing outside the net not paying attention at all to what is actually going on. The "fully lit up field" is a hilarious way to describe it the lights are so dim it looked like it was being lit with candles. You have absolutely no idea what is going on. The price for this place compared to the quality I should almost call the news for how expensive it is. 80 dollars for a case of paint that doesn't break is absolutely ridiculous I can tell this place only cares about profit and not safety and customer enjoyment. Never have I ever been paintballing before. Came here for the first time on a Friday afternoon for team building exercise that my boss organized for the office. It was a great experience as we were all split in to two teams. I was reluctant to even participate in this activity from all "it hurts" comments but I did it anyway. It was the SWAT team versus the Convicts. I had the liberty of being on the SWAT team because hey, we won all the rounds. We're awesome.. I know!! I honestly didn't know what to expect when I got here. So with that being said, it's really important to follow all the rules and play safe. Our guide laid out some pretty easy instructions to follow. Put on your protective gear, keep your gun pointed at the ground at all times, wave your hand up if you've been hit and exit safely. Of course with all the adrenaline pumping, it's easy to forget all the rules. I will say this however, if you're a first timer like me, try your best to avoid getting hit. Those paintball pellets hurt like a mutha !!! And I've got the bruises to prove it!! If you're an adrenaline junkie, this may be the place for you. Or if you just want to relieve some stress, come here!! We all know that violence is never the answer, so experiencing this was a real treat for me! I can not even begin to explain how incredible my experience with Orlando Paintball has been over the past month of planning my husbands birthday. After calling a few time overs the month a gentleman named Nicholas was always courteous and helpful letting me know the best way to reserve parties and pay for reservations. Initially I was concerned since our party did have 15 guest and given our current environment I was unsure if they were able to accommodate. Turns out there isn't a lot of close contact and you have a mask on the different course so all was well. There is no deposit necessary and you can pay when you get there or go in and purchase a gift card. The best way to reserve a party is through their online portal. I did come across Spiro's the owner in one of our conversations and he has to be from New York but you can feel his passion for paintball and overall guest experience through the phone. I know a lot of people are concerned about the price and I think the savings are available when you come as a group. Their website states best place in Orlando to celebrate birthdays and I couldn't agree more. Keep in mind there are tricks to make your experience run smooth. Waivers can be signed online prior to arrival. Car pooling makes all things easy since parking is limited and cars are at risk of friendly fire if you park alongside the fence line. Devon had to be the most helpful of all when he offered guidance in what package would work best for our birthday crew. We ended up hosting 10 guest and as the gentlemen arrived back to the party bus they were all thrilled with their experience and raved about how we should all go back. read more

This is based off my experience bringing my son here. We had a large group (baseball team) so check in was a bit hectic in the small area at the front. After that was done, everything was great. The kids had a ton of fun in both the indoor and outdoor spaces! A couple cons were that the outdoor areas smelled a little funky- not sure if it was a garbage smell or if it was due to all the paintballs/paint. The next con is that you have to cross the road to get to the outdoor arenas. I'm sure locals are well aware of this - but all in all, it's not the safest. Just be careful if you have younger kids! My kids are already dying to go back. This is definitely a great local find. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I gave 2 stars because we did get to play paintball and their courses are fun. We went here for a friend's birthday at night and we were a group of ten. Things started off good, they added us with about 6 other people who also rented their equipment so it was 1 referee and 16 people. Later, they added about 14 different people to our group whom all owned the equipment they were using. Their equipment was much faster, more accurate, and more powerful. They not only had better equipment, they were clearly regular guest who knew the referees and the courts. Now we were 24 people and 3-4 referees. We mentioned to the referees multiple times that we didn't want to play with the other people with the more powerful equipment. At first, one of the referees told us they would take it easy on us and only hit us once or twice so we gave it a try. That wasn't the case and we didn't enjoy it so we said again that we didn't want to play with them. They never once acknowledged any of our requests. They kept putting us with them and new players would show up out of nowhere. Mind you, this is the only game going on because it's past midnight so it wasn't too busy. At one point one of the other players got aggressive and was making threats and the referees didn't say anything. It made us even more uncomfortable but they still didn't do anything. I've played paintball many times and have been placed with people who have better equipment so I wasn't surprised by this entirely. I've also played iron man, I enjoy paintball, but we were here for a birthday, not an intense competition with these type of players. What makes it worse is that once we stopped playing, they let that group play a game on their own after that's what we had been requesting. It was almost as if the referees just didn't want to manage two separate games and they knew the other players so they made them priority. read more

We made a reservation for a Bachelor Party and it was a great time when we played. However, the wait times were very long and there were not enough referees. I would not recommend playing paintball here if you have never played before. The whole staff were telling our group different things. We expected that we would have stayed playing against the 8 of us in our group since we made a group reservation. We originally were supposed to be placed on the field indoors but were told there weren't enough staff. Then we got outside and there was still not enough staff. We were placed in groups of 15 v 15 with people that had modified guns whereas we had the rental guns. Overall the whole experience was great when we played but we didn't get to play much. We each barely made it through 200 rounds where we bought 1000 expecting our party to go through that in the 3 hour window we were there. Felt quite overbooked and discombobulated. read more

I had called this place 3 times over the span of 45 days to inquire about hosting my son's 11th birthday here. 1st time I called the man told me I didn't need to make reservations, because that was more for laser tag. 2nd time I called they told me the same about reservations, but said I could reserve online if I wanted. So I did. 3rd time was day before party, they told me to check my email for confirmation that I reserved. Well thank goodness I did reserve. Also told me about drinks they have and pizza. My email said to get there 15 minutes early, so naturally we get there 30 minutes early - because that's just us. I get in line appropriately 20 minutes early. I get up to the resister tell the man I'm here for a birthday party, give him the confirmation number. He proceeds to tel me in order to get the birthday boy's equip for free/discount I need to provide proof. ((That would of been a great thing to have told me the 3 times I called)). Or better yet, mention on your website. My son is 11, he doesn't have id other than school, no passport and who carries their child's birth certificate with them. I inquired about checking in and couldn't until 10 players were there and he could check waivers. So back out of line we went. We waited outside under these awnings they have with picnic tables. It was a bit crowded but at least they had seats for the non paintballers. All our people show, we go back in... talk about a bunch of people shoved in a room, it was like a can of sardines.. it was crazy packed in a small room. To the immediate right are iPads for waivers, restrooms, equipment maintenance, register & equipment pickup. We get back in the line, get up front... the man isn't the friendliest, it was crazy packed. Check people in, forgot one, have to do him after everyone. Got our wristbands, head gear, guns and paintballs. When going over pricing online we saw the basic package of $25, that wasn't an option at the register. It was either $30/person with limited balls that won't last the time we're here or $38/person with a lot of balls. I wasn't happy at this point. The man was being pushy - I had 15 kids behind me with smiles on their faces waiting to go play. Then came pizza, each player with a wristband gets 1 free slice of pizza and then we were told they sell inexpensive drinks. Those drinks were definitely expensive. Arizona Tea's for $3 and waters for $2. We also ordered 2 extra pizza pies for $11 each. My total bill was $700! What? WHAT???? That is INSANE! but what was I going to do with all these players behind me.. I was shocked. They give you your equipment and send you on your way - quickly telling you where to go and what to do with balls. Once at our first zone they tell us to check our tanks, if it's past a certain number we need to get it filled up. Why would they pass out empty or nearly empty tanks in the first place? We had 3 people have to go get filled before we even started playing. Get outside get masks on and guns loaded and then we wait outside a zone for a person in a neon yellow shirt (for indoor zones) or red shirt (for outdoor zones). They go over safety rules, tips, do's/not's and how to use gun. When inside they tell you overall object of game, tips & what to do when/if you get hit. The people that were inside the zones with us were all really polite and nice to be around. It was the inside people who killed it. Indoor courses have a cool concept, but talk about HOT ! They also have cedar chips on the ground so if your allergic like me, you learned the hard way. Not fun. Outdoor courses are HUGE and have a variety of setups, sizes and barricades to hide behind. After we were all done, we walked back to our stuff, we still had over a box of balls left.. even with 16 people playing. Awesome. You turn your equipment in making sure you say your first and last name to one of the guys. We sit down for our pizza and got notified the man never ordered it. Awesome. So, we go play another round of paintball. Then we come back and 2 extra pies come out. Those are our extras and for parents. All players get a stamp on their wristband for their free slice that they have inside. Unfortunately, when our party guests went inside they were told they couldn't have a slice - they had ran out. So they thankfully were able to eat pizza we had bought for the parents. Tips: 1). Use a Groupon. You get robbed if you don't. 2). Bring your own drinks in a cooler. 3). Make sure all tanks are filled BEFORE you leave the building. I wouldn't go back. I'd find another paintball location, they rob you of money. BUT, we have a box of balls and can only reuse them at this location - so we'll end up coming back and using a Groupon with our box of balls. read more

I visited Orlando Paintball for my first paintball experience last weekend. I had so much fun! They have some deals on Groupon but they were kind enough to honor the Groupon price without purchasing the Groupon. For $40 I got 500 paint balls, the gun and helmet rental and a jumpsuit that protected my clothing and provided a little bit of padding. Beware though, they probably won't have your size jumpsuit so anticipate having to roll up the legs and sleeves. They have multiple courses inside and outside, we played four different courses over the course of a couple hours. Each course had a different theme or backstory which I loved because there was a different objective each time. It had rained pretty hard the morning of our visit so it made for lots of puddles and mud, just FYI. I don't have much to compare this paintball establishment to since this was my first experience but I had a lot of fun there! read more

Meh.. a dump for a paintball store/field. As a very longtime baller, I took my son for his first time. Markers we're just awful. Nothing electronic was even an option. No hopper upgrades like the website advertised. Went through 2 markers before I got one to function half way decently and that was still a hassle to shoot. The place is designed to empty the wallet of newbs who don't know any better. Some of the inside guys were really not into assisting customers. Our field rep did a decent job but was working solo for a group of 20. STUPID. I felt bad he was handling the games alone and the kid was nice.. but the games should have had two reps at the least for paint checks ect.. Never meet Spiros the owner but I've been in the paintball scene when National Painball was being born from a pizza shop in NJ. Been coast to coast when I played aggressively. So when I say for good comparison, Orlando Paintball is a dump of a field and rotten business model that preys in newbs and parents who don't know any better. read more

The staff clearly isn't interested in helping customers, management is even worse. I've called and complained about a manager who tried to fight me there and no respond from head manager or owner. It's obviously they only care about your money and theirs. Had a fun time paint balling but way to ruin it all on a birthday with terrible management. Don't bring your family here unless you want to be disrespected and ignored. Fun for the 5 mins you play, but in between every game there's 5 mins breaks that usually last 10 mins. Honestly you can find a way better paint ball place that has more than 3 spots to play at for better price, and friendly staff who care about their customers. Also just in case the owner actually cares to read reviews and hear his customers out, Your Manager Xavier is immature and is not only rude but his breathe stinks. Finally made it out here, from Toronto, with my cousins, and let me tell you this place was far more than it seems when you drive by. Compared to the places we have here (Splatters lol), this place was not only massive but also super organized (from the Ref's to the field design to the friendly staff who don't make you feel stupid for not knowing the proper names of things). We all took advantage of the special with the 500 paint balls, the semi gun, mask, access to the indoor and outdoor fields and the all day air for like $45. Cheap! The vibe was friendly and fun, the music was great! Went to town for hours!! I highly recommend this place especially to more casual players like myself. Something for everyone. read more

Price is alright. We had a reservation for a group. When we told the lady checking us in looked at us like we had three heads. We spent an hour waiting to play one game. after that one game, we took a "five,' minute break that took at least 15 minutes. This process continued for the net two hours. In the course of three hours, we played 5 games. For those keeping track, that's 25 minutes worth of play in the course of 180 minutes. And here's the thing- paintball takes a lot of time. But the staff (at least 2/3 hosts we had) had so little sense of urgency that we stood around not playing when we so easily could have been doing so. They order pizza for you, which is a great (in concept) but they left it out after we got the pizza, so it was a nice room temperature when it came time to eat. The price was not good enough for us to have wasted three hours to only play five games. Don't go here, go somewhere else. read more

I have been going to this place for 21 years now and it has always been a 2nd home to me. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the managers are great! They have helped me fix my paintball markers in the past and are always willing to inflate the speedball course when it's needed. So much fun!!!! One of my close friends decided to hold a birthday gathering here and what a great idea! I have only played paintball one other time in my life so I wasn't sure what to expect. This place is a blast if you can afford it. 4 outdoor fields and 2 indoor arenas add up to one heck of a good time. We went there on a Saturday and the place was packed. If you're a paintball amateur like myself, you'll need to rent your equipment which will run around $30 - $35 plus paint balls. They wouldn't let anybody bring their own paintball ammo, instead they were insistent that you purchase from them directly so the rental guns wouldn't get ruined from stale paint balls etc. The ammunition is where they get ya. They're pricey. I bit the bullet (pardon the pun) and purchased a case of paint balls for everyone i our group and that ran me about $70. Yeeeesh. The price tag was steep but I had such a fun time. There were all sorts of peope there, from kids to full grown adults; all with camo gear on and all the equipment. Our group (ages 25-35) was paired up to face against a group of 13-15 year olds, and those kids kicked our butts!!! Well, kicked my butt multiple times may be more accurate. The fun is that they rotate you around to the different arenas which keeps everything fresh and entertaining. I averaged about 75 - 100 rounds per game if that helps determine how much ammo you'll use and played quite a few games in 4 hours. Once you pay for your pass and equipment, you are welcome to play as much as your body or wallet will allow you! read more

I went to Orlando Paintball with a group of 7 others this last weekend, and we had a blast. I had never been paintballing before, and was grateful for how easy it all was to pick up. You can rent and buy anything you could need at the front shop--masks, guns, ammo, jumpsuits, pizza...just about anything you could want or need to have a day of fun. They give you a short overview if you're new to the facility/to paintball, then send you on your way to one of the many fields! The facility has two indoor fields and four outdoor ones (though only 3 were open), all with different objectives and different kinds of set ups to hide behind. Even though it was raining for half of the 7 hours that we were there, we still had a great time playing both the indoor and outdoor fields. The referees weren't strict on any of the rules other than the ones regarding safety, which was alright when playing within our own group, but left for a lot of cheating when playing with others. Though some of the fields are larger, I'd recommend keeping the games to less than 15 people on each side to keep it from being a complete clusterbunch out on the field. I would highly recommend to get to the facility at open--even though rain was predicted all day, it was still super busy, and it would have been quite a hassle to have to wait in the long line to pay and get set up if we had arrived later in the day! read more

Good time... cannot believe that I had as much fun as I did. The place is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but they overall have a pretty good setup. They move you quickly through the "how to's" of paintballing and then get you out to the areas for playing. Downside is that there is a "5 minute break" in between each game. I think it was much more... .like as long as it took the guys running it to have 2 cigarettes or so. You need A LOT of paintballs too. So that would likely be expensive (it was a company function, so i don't know how much it cost). A great way to blow off some steam. read more

Professionally ran and well kept. I have been here twice. Once on a date and another with a work event. Both times it was a 5 star experience. Best date I've been on: we got grouped with another group of people and just played one a few areas. With my job meeting/event we had a large enough group that we got to face each other. That was a blast. Totally left off steam and had a great bonding experience. I strongly recommend this for anyone who's not afraid to get a little dirty and let off some steam from a long week. Me and a group of 6 came and spent over 300$ after the check out the guy did not tell us where to go or what to do after and one of the host said they needed players and asked if we would like to join. We did and after one game the manger came and kicked us out because he said we did not go to the right field. After asking nicely for a refund because it after spending 300$ and getting kicked out we wanted our money back after doing nothing wrong. And the manager was very rude and would not give us a refund. Saying he was also the owner witch he is not. Very unprofessional very rude. The cash register person wasn't kind. One of my friends was told "leave me alone, I'm counting my money.". I enjoyed the other two whom were on the field, patient but polite because it was late. Some other customers politely asked if we did not want our left over balls for them to take and I said yes. But the cashier did not allow it to happen even though me and my group paid for it. Why not even though it was purchased to be used? This all happened at around 12:30 AM on 01/22/22 a Friday night if you may. The security guard was ok too. Another party was threatening to "bulge my eyes out skullf*ck" me at this facility. A staff member approaches us and tell me to get off this field to go to another one. Staff member lets the guy threatening me stay and play the game. Staff at this facility took his side since he was an older guy and not me since I look very young (me being 25). None of the staff listened to my side of the story and the guy Angel who calls himself the "manager" and likes to feel like he has power over people (like he's something outside of that facility) comes out and tells us to get off his property or he will call the cops. He walks into the building. I follow to ask for his name and that I needed to speak with someone higher than him. He tells me he is the highest (impersonating facility owner) and to get out. I later come to find out the person who started all of this was not kicked out and just chose to leave and to top it all off, when he asked for the owners number the "manager" Angel was more than glad to give it to him. I was kicked off the field along with my party of 9 while they were extremely happy to take our money for all day admission and paint purchase. They looked at us like we were kids but didn't look at us as kids paying 100+ dollars. No refund. No understanding from this staff. I would like to thank Juan, the only staff member who was willing to listen. Obviously he didn't have much say because the manager thinks he's above all and could not assess the situation. Horrible managerial skills and should not be given the title. I have never met a staff so incapable of customer service. Every time I am here (mind you I go out of my way to come here when I have a paintball facility right up my own damn street) there always seems to be staff members who are completely incapable of showing customer service. We have had enough of this place. I can understand people liking to size people up but when a customer ruined your day at a facility that doesn't mean you need to be kicked off the fields as well.
