I was pretty upset and disheveled lugging around my two kids, and was really hoping on them taking my items that I brought in . The man wasn't doing anything was just on his phone hanging out and I found it odd that he wouldn't take my items . So I asked the if he could please make an exception, and I told him the situation and he reluctantly agreed . He took a few items that I had and I was offered a grand total of around three dollars . I've been selling my items to the kids stores for a long time and that seemed very low . The selection wasn't great . Overall , customer service was pretty bad, selection was mediocre and prices were higher than normal secondhand kids stores. Personally, I would never go back there .

However, the company was so quick to reach out and fix the problem! Turns out their driver had accidentally left the right stroller but with the wrong name. Phew! We were pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the stroller as well. They also included the directions and a little rain cover for the stroller, which was very handy for the rainy days we got at the parks. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. You're buying a $50-$100 outfit for $10. And a discount experience is a discount experience. If that's the expectation from the outset, then it's a lot easier to be satisfied when you walk out the door. As far as people being upset about them not paying a lot for the clothes, you just have to figure that they have to make money to keep the store running. So if the clothes you're selling end up going on sale for half off, they still need to make a little money. And you're there in the first place to buy clothes cheap. it does suck, and we pay so much for those clothes in the beginning when they're brand new, but at least we get enough to buy a little something which is more we would've done if we donated them. Personally, I've only had good experiences here. But I know that customer service has tanked everywhere. Unfortunately, it's a sign of our times, and the result of not being around humans during those dark times a few years ago. So come shop here, get your clothes at an incredible price. I've bought things here that are Brand new as well. Sign up for their text messaging advertising because they come out with awesome clearance events. The other day I went for 4-for-$1 clearance and left with two big bags full of clothes for $12! All of my sons Nike's and Jordan's are from here, I get them for $10 and $12 and not the normal $50 price tag!
