Nick and Grayson were very thorough, inspecting both the basement and exterior of my home. Despite all of us checking, no entry or exit points were found. They believe the yellowjackets may be from an old nest from last year, as they were all small. As a precaution, they recommended a preventative treatment inside and outside to eliminate any remaining insects and reassured me that there is no active infestation, which was a huge relief. T&A came out after a power nap turned into a horrific mouse experience for Michelle. Travis made us a priority and moved his schedule around as he could sense the urgency and need (he was here within an hour). He walked the property with me and explained everything he was doing, and he did it at a VERY reasonable rate, he even sealed all the access points!! I made a mistake, and I trusted them hook line and sinker. On my first follow up on 5/31/23 the technician said he found one mouse which I did not see. The company never performed the second and subsequent follow ups. I tried to reason with them and come to some kind of compromise because it was obvious there were no mice in my home but that is not how they do business. The bottom line is I was duped into believing I had a major rodent problem and it cost me $1422 for one mouse hat I never did see. Furthermore they were rude, condescending, and patronizing over the phone . The next day I was sent the message below even after I agreed to pay them double for the work hours that they performed since there are no mice in my house. I have inspected all of the traps they set myself today and there is not one of them that had a mouse in it after 20 days. My advice to anyone who is considering using Erdye's would be to run not walk away and choose another company. Worst business experience I have ever had in 71 trips around the sun. Our pricing is based on the inspection of your home and the activity found inside. This is determined by actual activity inside the home, areas that need to be sealed on the outside of the home, and how many follow up's will be needed to remediate the problem. This also includes a year warranty. I hope this helps you gain some clarity on how the pricing and service works. In your case, there was significant rodent activity inside the home, and many areas outside that needed to be sealed. Terminix Wil-Kil (Antigo) Not Appleton On Friday, October 24…read moreI had a scheduled appointment with the service technician between 12-5 PM. I scheduled this appointment three weeks in advance. The appointment was scheduled at my cabin. I made this appointment because nothing has changed with the flying insects since they started servicing my cabin in May 2024. I trusted them in servicing my cabin per the contract. I wasn't present during the services, which is my fault. I waited for my service technician, no names will be mentioned. NO SHOW. The next day (Saturday) I contacted Terminix to let them know. They were very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. I didn't rescheduled. I cancelled my service contract because I was emailed an invoice stating that the service technician completed the service. It was not complete. The photo on this invoice was our red road sign, not my cabin. On past invoices a photo of my cabin was on all invoices. He never came to the door to meet with me (bc my dog would have barked) and the service wasn't complete, per our security cameras. Service was completed in August 2025, per our security cameras. It has been a week and I'm still waiting for my credit, because they had me set up auto pay. I'll continue emailing and calling until I get a credit. If you use Terminix (Wil-Kil) for your pests....make sure you are present at every service to watch them complete what you are paying for. Don't set up auto pay..just in case.

They were to come into the house and spray. Each time I called, they repeated back what was the issue at the house and what they were going to do so they knew what to do. Called again. Told there was nothing they could do, just put in another ticket. Not sure what was so hard- they didnt even bother to ring the doorbell. What a waste of time!! Asked how I could talk to someone actually in my city. Told they didnt know but I could Google it.

I'm planning on doing those things but hired them to set bait stations to reduce the population. In addition, when he came back to place the bait stations he told us that we had a gas leak. Yes a gas leak in our mother in law apartment where my elderly mother resides. He called me to let me know as I wasn't home. None of us smelled it & it had been like this for some time. I called our LP supplier & they came out immediately & sure enough we had a sizable kinked & cracked copper gas line behind our stove. Darrel May have saved my house & our lives. Since he deals with odors he is trained to recognize these smells. He is worth every penny & will also benefit from saving gas the gas that was leaking!
