I returned the equipment at 2:08 pm on Tuesday and upon checkout I was told the equipment was due back at 8:30 am on Tuesday, and I was charged nearly a full extra day, $306.16. If I had been told it was due back at 8:30 am I would have had it back on time. UPDATE: After posting the one star review, I noticed I had a 10 am voicemail from the person in charge that I spoke to at Lindsey inquiring about the return of the equipment. However, I still know what I was told. I should have known to get it in writing, it would have taken five seconds for me to have him write the deadline with the date and time of return and initial it.
