We have used Critter Control twice now. Last year he came out to do an emergency treatment on yellow jackets in the yard, this time it was wasps in the siding. Peter is super knowledgeable, conscientious, prompt and reasonable. He explained exactly what he was doing, and what we should expect. He also offered to come back and retreat at no charge if the bees or wasps were still active! I have seen other companies treat neighbors homes and they all seem to be diligent and thorough, but our 5 star review and our choice to keep using this company is for all the reasons I stated, but also because of the care they take of their employees. The person who came to our house took the time to put on a protective full-face shield and protective clothing. I consider them eco-friendly because even though the company is in the bug killing business, they do not over spray and risk the health of good bugs (like honey bees). This tells me that the company cares about their employees and their health as well as the environment. I called other businesses to come look and look at the wasps in early March. They came out and pressured me to sign an ongoing contract and wanted to spray the wasps immediately. This would have done no good since they were mostly inactive and spraying when they are trying to winter could have driven them into the home. Critter Control explained all this back in March and now, in May we are wasp free and no sign of them in the home and no need for a maintenance contract for something like this. We chose Critter Control to help remove raccoons that had taken up residence in my mother's attic in Columbia, MO. We liked their smart, sensible approach and pricing and felt even better about the decision after meeting with Peter in person. Even though the adult raccoon liked to take a variety of paths into the attic (which we could see on a camera we set outside), after a few days she was successfully trapped and safely removed. Peter is wonderful to work with and always on top of all my creepy crawly concerns! I am pregnant so I leave when he sprays and he locks up afterward, I wouldn't trust just anyone to do that. We had a very serious problem with dozens and dozens of bats that had taken residence inside the walls and ceiling of our home. Critter Control did a thorough analysis of the problem and identified many entrances that needed to be addressed. Peter is very knowledgeable and was resourceful in securing the entire house.
