This company does anything they can to avoid responsibility or communicating with customers. I cancelled services with them months ago and yet they still took my auto-payment (weeks before it's due date) and have delayed refunding me with every excuse in the book. It's been going on 8-weeks and still no refund. They claim it will be another 30-90 days before I get reimbursed for services I never received. there were dudes who were picking up our trash but the trash bags ripped and I think they were kicking it or something and left some of the trash on the streets and left the trash bin in our driveway and left the recycle bin in the front yard and didn't dare to put them back where they found it. read more

There is only one star here and the only reason that one is there is because one cannot post a review without at least one! We never actually used their services or containers! Yet we have a bill for over $300! This company is impossible to deal with. I have called and when I can get someone to answer the phone they say they will take care of the problem and then we get another statement, now with another month in arrears! There apparently is no way to get in touch with their corporate offices. I've sent emails as well, with no solution. My only way to fight back is to let others know; however, after reading a lot of reviews about this company, it doesn't appear to matter to LRS. Hopefully it will matter to whoever is reading this and the other reviews. You know the old saying, "Let the buyer beware." read more

Last may, I burrowed a 30 foot OT Trash container and paid for it in full. I was charged another $150 apparently because the office clerk failed to put the correct return date. I am being charged a 30 day late fee of $150. I spoke with Pete and he assured me that the matter will be taken cared of. Today, I received another bill and has risen to $450. LRS formerly Orion Waste Solutions bought out our local trash hauler, Ditch & Associates Inc, in April of 2022. Orion Waste Solutions/LRS is charging a lot more than the former Ditch & Associates Inc for trash pick up. LRS/Orion monthly rate kept going up. This October I got a door hanger offering new customers $14.50 a month with the first month free. I called LRS asking for that deal or something less than what they were charging me. I found out that LRS is NOT local like our previous hauler, Ditch. They are out of Arkansas. The frustrating part is you're forced to talk to customer service in Arkansas that are poorly informed about the services & billing in the Topeka area. I explained the promotion that was being offered on the door flyer. I got three different answers about that promotion. The first answer was they didn't know anything about the promotion, second answer corporate sent it out, third that promotion expired in the summer. Lastly, a manager called me back and said it was a marketing campaign in 2020 by the previous owner, Orion. Therefore they cannot honor the flyer. With that answer I terminated my service with LRS. My issue with LRS is their customer service & lack of knowledge of the billing & services in Topeka. The trash haulers are good, but Arkansas customer service is very poor!! read more
