Honestly, I don't really get the appeal of this store. I'm not sure anyone else does either, as it always seems to be empty.
I understand the hype that surrounds Levi's jeans in general (which, let's be honest, is a product of successful branding and advertising more than that of great jeans manufacturing). However, the shop itself doesn't carry that legacy well. I stopped going in here quite recently because whenever I did I felt a bit like I was being watched. The staff come off as snobby and don't seem happy to help - just irritated that you've moved something by half an inch and now they have to straighten it up. Scandal.
Their selection is pretty limited. Aside from the jeans, they have some tops and a few accessories, but none of it is very fresh or exciting. It certainly isn't nice enough to justify the exorbitant pricing, something that I can't seem to grasp no matter how hard I try.
The men's section is infinitely better than the women's, but I still don't find it to be worth the money or decades of hype.
Sorry, Levi's. You just don't do it for me. read more
