The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference.
