I always come in here to check out their weapons wall and I always see this lady standing at the counter ignoring me. And today was the same. I had to get her attention to ask a question and received the usual one word response then she walks away not asking if I needed anything else. On the other spectrum I waked maybe 5 feet down the counter and the two nice gentleman asked me right away if i needed any help. I thanked them for acknowledging me as their coworker sure didn't. The store had several other fixtures in there from anime to manga to Pokemon. Too much to list. They also give you a military discount. read more

They stare at you as you shop like they don't trust any of thier customers. They stare at some more than others based on race / ethnicity. When you finally do buy something, they are rude and unprofessional. Furthermore their products are cheap and break easily. read more

Tracy, your response 100% backs up my valid complaint. By attacking my age it definitely shows yours, if I were three times your age you wouldn't even be born yet. Your math is about as good as your customer service skills. You think because I am older than you and white it is okay to treat me like a thief. I was very kind and considerate as I explained my situation to you that morning. I thanked you multiple times and you hung up on me. I had to call back to get your name. I was absolutely polite when I came into replace my broken product. You escalated it as you continuously bubble wrapped and taped a crystal pendulum that was in no danger of breaking. I brought a small box with me perfect for my replacement purchase. I asked multiple times if I may please have my replacement purchase so I could be on my way you choose to keep up the condescending act I even acknowledged out loud point received I got it!!!! I highly recommend customer service and diversity training for this establishment as I have been looking through your reviews, and it appears you've lost multiple customers do to your racist behavior. We are all surviving in this world together, would it have killed you to be kind and understanding? Perhaps it's too hard for you to see past all those dollar signs. As a recent customer I must tell all that "this establishment is terrible"! Very very poor customer service. I watch your manager (Tracy) be very rude and condescending to a lady right in front of me. Very overpriced "flea market" items. It must be like a 500% mark up. All costume, fake items from China, and other outsourced places. I think you should look deeply into your employees attitudes and consider putting ALL your staff though some customer service training/diversity and also ethics classes as this would be beneficial for your company to grow. I assure you that your company will never see a dime from my pocket as you have absolutely NOTHING worth that much in your store. As we know this review will be overlooked as though it was never written. But rest assured someone will actually read this full, honest review and take action. Swords, Buddha's, and pipes oh my. This is a cool store. I could and have spent a lot of money in this store. During my last visit I bought a statue of Kuan Yin (or Guan Yin if you are from Beijing) the deity of mercy) and a statue of the dancing Ganesha (Hindu God of good luck). This store is really rad. It has lots off really cool items from Asian culture, grinders, pipes, sage, crystals, incense, cool stuff for your home and a lot of other things too. The staff has always been super friendly and welcoming, and they don't treat me differently like a lot of shop owners do. I'm heavily tattooed and have decently large stretched ears, & I don't dress like the normal person does either. To sum it up, I stand out. & a lot of times at malls I get looked at weird or watched by store owners. I don't know why, maybe they think I'm trying to steal something? Or that I'm trouble because of the way that I look? Who knows. But everyone here has treated me like any other customer and I really appreciate that. I always come here to look for gifts for my mom for her birthday and Christmas and what not. She loves Buddha statues and Ganesha, so I always find her something cool in this store. Oh and for my fellow stoners, Please stop buying nice grinders (with leof catchers and all) for a ton of money at local smoke shops... & come to my this place. I purchased a REALLLYYY nice fuchsia colored grinder with a Keif catcher and all for like 25-30 bucks!! Sooo much cheaper than any smoke shop I've been to. read more

This store is so awesome, especially if you just love Asian culture. The things in here make very nice gifts, not to mention decorations and such. My favorite things are the Chinese jackets they sell. I wish I could buy one of every kind! read more
