The private party room as taken, but we were able to have a little space to ourselves off to the side where there was a long table and some chairs. If you remember to bring table cloths, you should be fine. Everyone in our party had a wonderful time! Let me just say that the staff is wonderful as well. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name behind the counter, but he was always so patient and courteous and very helpful!

Once again, I attended for my other best friend's daughter birthday (such a full circle moment). This time the vibe was calm and cool. The attendant was super pleasant and helpful to the party. She was attentive and making sure that she had everything we needed from food, utensils, to paper products. I will say that there was not a huge crowd there, so that made it feel more relaxed than last time. The sitting area for parents is much more comfy as well. They even added massage chairs that feels amazing might I add. The concession stand was good as well. They have a lot of candy options, pizza, nachos, hotdogs, etc. The typical things that you look for when in that type of establishment. After the birthday party, I went again during my nieces and nephews during Spring Break and the vibe was the same. So therefore, I will be going back!

My daughter loves this place and it has great potential to be a fun/safe play center…read more The play center itself is large with plenty of room and keeps kids entertained. However the employees are less than ideal, most of them don't speak to you and are constantly lying down and playing on their phones. There's no managerial oversight it seems. Memphis already has a poor reputation of not being able to keep a business open and this will be no exception unless the owners have more a vetting process in hiring employees that, at least act like they want to be working, instead of customers being a bother to them. On today's visit, we had to find another employee to actually go and wake up another. (See photo)
