The tee boxes and fairways weren't even mowed on a Sunday. Shut her down and re-open when it can be done right because this place is really fun when it's actually maintained. Sand bunker need a bit of attention with grass and weeds sometimes growing. Course is layed out well but if you hit into the rough you most likely lose a ball so don't use expensive golf balls if you are a weekend golfer. Lots of trees on fairways so again if you do not hit into the fairway the trees are going to play paddleball with your golf ball. Quite a bit of water on this course so beware. For the fee is worth playing this course. They have a driving range and putting green just before the first hole which is great for a warm up prior to playing. All the associates have been great!

The green were slow and challenging. Bunkers were not in as good of shape with no rakes provided. Leaves were not blown off the fairways however, I didn't see many leaves on the greens. Course was not crowded at all. The clubhouse is nice and the hot dogs were good and made to order with requested condiments. Overall, this course is recommended and is a reasonable value at $55.00 for 18 holes with cart. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the shape of the bunkers and leaves all over some of the fairways.
